MotoGP » Pedrosa hopes for the best

Also found this over o At this point we sought a word with Franco Uncini of the Safety Commission, to try and get some clarification. So who raised the initial question? “Everybody and nobody, I don't remember. It just came up... maybe because we were talking about the weight of the on-board cameras, or something like that. If someone is saying that it came from Valentino, I can assure them that he recognizes Pedrosa's advantage on the straights, and disadvantage in the corners." Like I said hate on VR without the facts you lemons are not fan's and will walk right off a cliff for a chance to hate on the guy, sad and pathetic.

MotoGP » Pedrosa hopes for the best

Hope the shoulder last for Dani but I have a feeling after 15-20 laps he might fade and we could see Simo on the podium instead. Good luck to him though. About the weight/fuel consumption I have noticed alot of the riders looking skinny as ever. It obviously must be a small advantage with the 800cc. I see no problem with the looking into it I mean you don't think Dani get's rocket starts every race because he is more masterful releasing the clutch do ya?. It makes sense about the fuel consumption as well. Qoute Jorge Lorenzo : If you ask me - the world champion said - I'm more in favor than opposed to the idea. There is no doubt that a lighter rider has an advantage. You put less strain on the entire front end under braking, you accelerate faster on the straights, you are more aerodynamic, and you consume less fuel. So looks like Rossi and Simo aren't the only ones. But it's easier for the gossip girls to just blindly hate on VR.

MotoGP » Rossi: We really didn’t need that...

I don't think his #2 bike was near the same, he said the direction was radically different and he wasn't as comfortable. He was on his way to a high 1.39 lap when crashed on a hard tire. Perhaps could have improved better with a soft to get on row 2 or 3. So I wouldn't say the times were close to the same with both bikes considering he did not improve and is starting from the 4th row.

MotoGP » Gardner: Rossi lost shoulder gamble

@ El somethingo : I'll buy the package only if they show all the back room politics between Rossi and Dorna. Also if they properly report all the backstabbing he has done to Lorenzo, Stoner and Edwards on his way to his multiple championships. That will definitely put a high value on the package. He won 5 premier titles before Lorenzo and Stoner were ever in Motogp. That's my point a lot of you haven't watched before 2007-08. Watch the races not the politics but I don't think your interested in that eh?. Last lap thrillers, close races with sliding and entertainment for all. You will find the races since the 800cc pretty boring in comparison, my opinion anyway, which has hardly any last lap passes or close racing.
