F1 » Alonso: Ferrari still lacking something

Why must every topic become a fight over Hamilton? Come on guys. Back to Alonso and this topic. (Said a million times im McLaren - so it hurts to say...but)Alonso's ability to bring Ferrari around him has been incredible. He demanded an improvement over the shambles with the wind tunnel. Heads rolled, people replaced and a better package started to appear. Hes driving them forward brilliantly. This is the partnership that no-one (except Ferrari fnas)wanted to see because it has the potential to dominate, he wont let Ferrari rest until he has a car he can win in every week.

F1 » Brundle: Tide turning against Red Bull

Oh yeah I agree they still have the best car and it will no doubt continue to win races, but I don't think it will dominate as it has done. I think it's comparable to Braun GP, they dominated but hit a peak (granted RBR has a much bigger budget). I think that RBR will win more races than Braun did in the back half of the season but I expect Ferrari and McLaren to do so also. Some good racing at the front, to join with the good racing that's been going on in the midfield all season can only be good.

Richard has it right. There's only so far the car can develop and RBR had a fantastic package to start with - with not much to improve. Where as the others had plenty to improve. Its surely too late, but it doesnt mean we wont get some cracking racing. Especially if Ferrari and McLaren continue to improve. I have no faith in Mercedes personally (I do in the drivers - just not the car).

F1 » Button: Since Canada, it’s been cr*p

@Taipan ok lets talk facts! - this will be fun! you said... "Where do some of you get your facts from? Lulu is faster than JB over one lap? Lulu always beats JB if they both finish?" Lewis has qualified in front of Jenson in 7 out of 10 races this season....that means he's faster over 1 lap normally. They have finished 7/10 races (where they both finish). Lewis has infront of Jenson 5 out of those 7. So the question is - where do you get your facts from? Bear in mind here im not a Lewis fanboy im a McLaren fan. You hate for no reason.
