MotoGP » Moto2: Marquez powers to Mugello victory

MM innteresting comments that make a lot of sense re moto2 this year.regarding Bradley Smith in Aspars team, i am sure there was some Nationalistic pride at play within the team... Bradley had a fast bike and was almost always in the leaders pack, but was his bike equal to Terol's??? the standard of racer last year was very high and i think the WC finishing order fairly reflects the talent.

MotoGP » Italian MotoGP, Mugello - Saturday practice

Interesting FP3, nicely setting us up for QP. Looks like the front row is a foregone conclusion unless Spies can up his game a little. Here's hoping for a clean and competitive race with everybody finishing. I'm not a fan of Simo but hopefully a decent points finish will put an end to the bickering in the paddock and on the message boards. podium prediction anyone? 1. lorenzo 2. Stoner 3. Spies

MotoGP » Marco Simoncelli: Oops, I did it again...

Dont agree with comments that these are rookie mistakes which he will get over. Simo is 25 races into his MotoGP career and has done NOTHING to merit the hero worship he is getting. Comparisons with lorenzo's crashing in 2008 hold no water. JL started his rookie year with poles, podiums and wins and started crashing afterwards probably due to thinking it was all too easy. What did he do...? slowed down, crashed a bit more, had a think, put in some 4th-6th place finishes and stopped crashing altogether for 25 races. That is how a smart rider develops. Simo still hasn't figured it out.
