F1 » Bruno Senna added to Sky F1 line-up

Taipan:
zib:
He often predicts the strategies correctly. Not a big fan of his voice, but provides great insight. He used to be a regular at ESPN/Star Sports telecast here in India, not anymore.
I think the thing that makes Karun stand out is that he is a genuine F1 fanatic so he has a real interest in every aspect of the sport and he's an intelligent guy so he's able to get his opinions across. When I listen to Dhill and Herbert (and I like Johnny as a person) it's like they're just enjoying a weekend away and looking forward to the pay cheque, they don't seem particularly interested in what's going on. As for Karun's accent, I like well spoken English in an Indian accent, works for me.
Besides F1, he is involved in a lot of sporting events here like Cycling for charity. Top guy.

Taipan: I'd take Karun over any of the so called experts on Sky, he might not have been a great success as a driver but he has a fantastic knowledge of F1 and a great sense of humour.

F1 » Renault admits to power unit problem

107SS2009: The turbo story is nothing big, in F1 a hell of a lot goes on which we the followers will not read about because all those supposedly reporting from on the track have to first and foremost to protect their accreditation. Those that are interested in knowing much more than what is actually feed to us by the accredited press might be interested to visit and read incredible stuff at, thejudge 13 f1 testing , jerez day 1 and thejudge 13, f1 testing, jerez day 2.
Thanks Sunny for the useful info. :)

F1 » Kate Walker: Flirting with India

@Taipan Cricket dominates here. Reason is, it's a cheap sport. Just get a bat and a ball, play on streets, terrace, anywhere. Most of the people cannot afford racing, neither there is proper infrastructure for it. People cannot relate to the sport. But still there are a lot of F1 enthusiasts. Personally I would prefer to watch race in European track or Suzuka, where atmosphere is perfect. That's just my opinion.
