F1 » Vettel claims Monza pole

Haha Richard, I've properly forgotten more about F1 than you'll win ever know mate... How long have you been 'watching' for? With your ignorant comments I can't believe you seen more than a year of F1! You just seem to lack understanding about the sport and choose things to suit your agenda while ignoring the truth when it doesn't... I've won a lot of competitive karting races in my time, and so I know a lot about motorracing. From the sounds of It, I doubt you've even turned a wheel in anger?

F1 » Vettel claims Monza pole

Pity Hamilton's mistake and subsequent blocking of Schumi cost him 7th place. He had the pace to beat Petrov, but no matter he'll probably be ahead of the Russian and probably Massa but the first corner... Well deserved pole for Seb once again. The boy certainly know how to qualify! My prediction for tommorrow: Vettel with romp away with the win and Hamilton will knock someone off, putting himself out of the race in the process

F1 » Italian Grand Prix, Monza - Friday free practice (2)

@Richard I'm afraid you are incorrect. First of all, Ant wasn't even there, it was just Maurice Hamilton - who isn't even a racing driver! Schumi takes a wide exit at the corner before the run down to the ascari chicane I think it is. If anything it adds time as he goes of the circuit and wider than some others in order to get a better exit. However, if you were watching, you would have noticed many others doing the same thing, such as Felipe Massa. I remember watching the race last year were most of the drivers did the same thing. I don't know where you got that it would be penalised in quali, that's just utter rubbish, hahaha. I do love how you will say anything to detract from a good performance by Schumi though.

Merc are looking pretty brisk this weekend. I know it's only FP2 but still on the low fuel runs Schumi was only 3 tenths off of Vettel's pace and better than the Ferrari's and the heavy fuel load runs looked reasonably competitive as well. The Merc, with its brilliant engine and having the highest straight line speed on the grid could do well in Monza and have another solid weekend. I think Schumi can get a top 5 grid position and then anything can happen in the race!

F1 » DC: Vettel could be best ever – but he won't dominate

Just DC having another crack at Schumi. We all know he doesnt like him, it's clear as day from listening to what he says during the commnetary - the man's got a chip on his shoulder about Schumacher... Vettel will not be the greatest ever... He's very quick, and he will be right up there, but there are still question marks overs his passing ability and all round race craft which have been overshadowed by the sheer pace of that RB... Schumi won many a race and a couple of championships in cars that werent the fastest on the grid, Vettel is capable of that but the best ever? nope, sorry... Could be in the top 5 of all time by the time he's done I'd reckon...

F1 » HAVE YOUR SAY: Who shone at Spa?

Michael Schumacher To come from stone last to finish 5th is quite an achievement, especially in that sub-stardard Merc of his. Brilliant drive, some great overtakes and he outraced his teammate Rosberg who started 5th and was leading the race for the first few laps! Take a bow Schumi, the King of Spa, the Master and the deserved driver of the day.

F1 » Hamilton: It was my fault....

Of course it was your bloody fault Lulu! Anyone blessed with th gift of sight could have seen that from the beginning, and yet you initially shifted all the blame onto poor Kamui! This guy must be schizophrenic, he makes ridiculous statements and then when he realises how stupid he sounds he does a complete turn around on them! So as a result most people don't take what Lulu has to say seriously... The funniest thing is that arrogant Martin Whitmarsh thought he was funny when he called Vettel 'the Crash Kid' last year - well Lulu is most certainly the crash kid of F1 these days! Jokes on you Whitmarsh!
