MotoGP » Crutchlow adopts more cautious approach

@ The 2007 duke was a rocket ship,it's biggest advantage being the desmo valved engine...Yamaha and Honda could not compete with it...,hence why Honda was pushing for a rev limit for the 2008 season.a compromise was reached between Dorna and Honda and a fuel limit was put in place instead ....It definately wasn't complacency from ducati for the 2008 was more to do with Honda getting the rules changed to reel in that fire breathing desmo engine

MotoGP » Espargaro confirms Forward Yamaha

This just shows whats wrong with Moto gp. The trouble is they are not treating it as a senior class as it should be....they are just using young riders with less experience who don't know any better to give a better show and let the electronics stop them from high siding the feck out the race. They should only allow slipper clutches on Moto GP bikes and let the right hand take control. Perhaps Pol & Redding should stay in Moto 2 learning how to defend championships and develop mentally and Marquez should still be there as well. Dorna and the manufacturers are treading on thin ice relying on youthful exuberance and electronics to put on a good show.
