MotoGP » Radiation report gives Japanese MotoGP green light

there has been another earthquake in japan near the fukashima plant. North of it. as far as i can determine from the news reports. well I guess they need to run that test all over again. what chance it is different? well NONE. as I just read that Japan's "Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency said there were no reports of problems at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant.." ah yeah... edition.cnn.com/2011/WORLD/asiapcf/07/30/japan.earthquake/index.html

MotoGP » Rossi explains sixth at US Grand Prix

to those who 'disagree' with my post. I am interested in your position. what did you disagree with? please enlighten me? That Rossi has a contract and will not leave Ducati at the end of the year? or that Dani has a contract and will not leave Honda at the end of the year? or that Ducati is having a bad year? or that the Ducati is the 3rd best bike out there? or that Preziosi is the problem and should go? or that Reality bites is dreaming? or a combination of above? or all of the above? I think they are all based on facts and logic. Or are you just spoilers and of no value to anyone?

MotoGP » Rossi explains sixth at US Grand Prix

Dear Reality Bites..... No way are Ducati and Rossi parting company at end of the season. He has a contract, regardless it would be admitting defeat, neither will do that. They have pride. No way is Dani P leaving Honda for Ducati for 2012. Dani has a contracted ride with Repsol for 2012. And Dani believes he can win the title on that Honda. yes Ducati and Rossi are having a bad year. yes they need to do something but parting company, seriously not happening. It may come to pass that Presziosi gets his orders... (he is the problem from my perspective, engineers build bikes, riders are guages used by engineers). At this time, Ducati have the 3rd best bike. This leaves up to 6 factory Yamaha and Honda positions. So anything higher than 7th is a bonus. Laguna Seca was a good result in that light. To quote a famous movie line "you're dreaming"...

MotoGP » Radiation report gives Japanese MotoGP green light

If there were whales racing would they stay away? that is the key question. Well whales are safe in Japan as the Japanese do not hunt whales, except of course for scientific reasons. So let me just check the track record for being truthful... ah... any government, Zero. ah.... any report commissioned by someone, Zero. ah.... Murdoch Press (I am just being silly now)... Yes, well the evidence is clear. Go to Japan because we can trust the FIM and Dorna and IRTA no possible conflict of interest there that I can see. I would like to see the race. I would like it that the Japanese peons (like me except I am not Japanese) get a fair shake. My gosh, being silly again. of course whales are safe racing in Japan!

MotoGP » Home hope Spies hoping ‘anniversary’ luck strikes again

a lot of conjecture about Ben S. A rider of significant status and talent, Mat Mladin had this to say about Spies "the best rider of our time, or not far behind Rossi himself" that was in 2010 Mladin predicted Ben S winning the WSB crown first time out.. I think we can expect much more from Ben S. can he win again this year? I do not know, but you are going to see him up there near or on the podium more times this season. A genuine racer we are watching evolve.

MotoGP » 'Upset' Rossi ready to ditch new Ducati

I have waited till late in this thread.. because I am becoming boring with repetition... @RawDawg, @BikeNut... I agree. Change in engineering is needed. it is NOT Rossi, and Burgess wont help much at all... NOT UNTIL DUCATI GET RID OF PREZIOSI.... HE is responsible for the design(lessness) of the Ducati.. Get an engineer that can design and listen to feedback, upon which change for GOOD can be implemented. and to the disingenuous gothamites, DISAGREE all you like...

MotoGP » Stoner pole in Germany, Rossi 16th

Dear NotUagain you are ON TO IT! Take the next step.... I am going to bleat this till I am finger tip sore... It is down to Preziosi and he has to go. NEVER listened to Stoner, Melandri, Hayden and now not listening to Rossi. Because if he was, he would fix the problem, which is Preziosi's EGO. Preziosi simply cannot be wrong. that is the problem. GET RID OF PREZIOSI DUCATI and get an ENGINEER!
