MotoGP » Rossi 'very slow' and 'very sorry', Hayden sixth

@SwissJudge some of what you say makes sense, but not all. the 2007 bike was NOT that good. ONLY one Ducati rider was on top. the bike was however better as a collective of parts. FAST AS no issue and the front end did NOT give way every other race but it could not live with the Yam and honda in handling... my goodness and it was a Ducati. TIRES.. when Ducati ONLY had Bridgestone, they had tires that worked for Ducatis very light front end. Now they have tires that work for Jap bikes heavier front ends 2008 was transition year. 2009 2010 was death to Ducati as Bridgestone did not need Ducati. the rules ffffed up ducati. Open up the tires again and we can have different manufacturers doing well with different ideas. otherwise this is just RD400 racing.

MotoGP » Slim chance for Lorenzo, Spies suffers 270km/h fall

I was a bit gutted when I saw Ben S go down, but it was worse to hear he was injured. Ben S may not do all that well over the race distance tomorrow with this fall but he is a great rider, gutsy and is the real deal. But you will no for sure, he will put in all he has, hold nothing back, will not call into the pits and will only blame himself not the injuries. CLASS

MotoGP » Stoner waltzes to Phillip Island pole

@Veteran77 20yrs. long time I guess. I have been following GP500 and MotoGP since the early 1970s. However, I have done some research on Ago... and I am certain the Yamaha was anything OTHER than the best bike when he jumped ship to them and instantly won the WC. Ago for most of his career had the best bike because he deserved it. but that Yamaha was not the best bike, good yes, but handling, not so sure. I saw Ago race... awesome. Mate you would not trust your life to those tires. He had a bike advantage sometimes, but he also had team mates, some of them even passable riders. Please dont put Ago down, he was the man.

MotoGP » Australian MotoGP, Phillip Island - Qualifying

@Rawdawg fair enough. I can see how people could have lost faith in Sic. However, no matter how cross I have been this year at things he has done, I still think he has the something. Bautista stole that place by sitting up Dovi tailpipe the whole lap. So I do not see him doing anything spectacular either. But Dovi just might. on to Nicky H. I will be off my seat shouting if he is in the top 5. And I think he will be.. He has heart and normally goes well at PI. looking forward to it ...
