MotoGP » Stoner, Pedrosa give mixed verdict on 'new' RCV

@there there now yes the endless arguments about which rider is better are pointless and boring, they are all so good , Stoner and Jorge in particular at the present, one seems slightly more consistent the other able to go a little quicker when pushed, at the end of the day the differences in their bikes and their comfort on different tracks seems to decide the outcome more than any differences in their skill level.

@there there now, just stating the obvious but while I think honda may have cut it too fine coming up with a chatter fix if they want to win the championship I dont think we can right it off as a spectacle yet. Stoner was always more interested in going for wins than points anyway and if they can give him a bike that handles for him then it will be business as usual between him and jorge, there was never a problem with outright power. @kiwibob what do you think? any chance of the championship for Stoner this year (I am talking without Jorge losing it by crashing)

Looking like yamaha have the winning package this year and honda is coming up with too little too late. Not their fault however since it looked like they were the favourites for this year but the new tyres just suit the yamaha far more than the honda more by good luck than good management and no one really saw it coming. At the end of the day frame design to eliminate chatter is guesswork at best, certainly not an exact science and its not so much that the ducati and honda handle badly just the Yamaha is fractionally better. These bike have such extreme lean angles now that surely there cant be too many more gains left to be made
