MotoGP » Marquez 'pushed to limit to try and beat Lorenzo'

vitloek: You thought you would outsmart Valentino.. you may be faster now, at your younger age, but even Vale earring has more brain than you MM. You turned the whole world against you.. have fun getting the verbal abuse you deserve you arrogant, spoiled fool!
"The whole world (of Rossi supporters) " was already against anyone who gets the better of Rossi - witness the vilifying of Stoner

MotoGP » Jarvis: Enough of the polemics, let's move on

Chippy2700: When Valentino Rossi retires from moto gp the sport will die . The vast majority of fans are indeed Rossi's. No other rider has a fan Base like his and I am sure they will no longer watch the races when he has gone . Mr Jarvis will be looking for a job and I am sure in the back of his mind he knows this .
You are right a lot of fans will leave because they are not interested in motorcycle racing, Rossi built a lot of his fan base by actively supporting a football team, whose fans in return supported him. The quantity of fans will drop but the average quality will rise.

MotoGP » Marquez 'pushed to limit to try and beat Lorenzo'

RDix: I don't like Rossi at all but I gotta say if you watched today and thougt Marquez was trying his hardest to beat Lorenzo you are either not very intelligent, blind, or lying to yourself. What a joke. Rossi came from last to fourth and if Marc had given 95% of his best to pass Jorge he and Dani would have ran 1-2 and Rossi is Champ.
Yes although Rossi scr&$&d MM this season the very least MM could have done in return is go out of his way to make sure Rossi won the championship.......

MotoGP » Marquez 'pushed to limit to try and beat Lorenzo'

MotoGPfan2: I invite every MotoGP fan to look at the qualifying laps of MM and see him slide through every corner, clearly giving 100%, then watch the race coverage and you see him nicely turning corner after corner, without any sliding or the rear wheel lifting....and he state he gave it all ???? Complete BS
I am guessing you have never raced a bike or really followed this sport, otherwise you would know that qualifying pace and style would destroy the tyres in a couple of laps.
