dont know there was that much commitment from any of them for best lap time. DP likes to make a point to himself as much as anyone else, its been so long and still no championship..... VR wanted an indication he was on the pace again, suspect JL wasnt too worried or MM for that matter WE need to wait for the first race for any real indication

hang on, JL, DP and Cal all set their fast laps on their 4th or 5th lap but VR has just done his "quick" lap on his 43rd lap, there may be more to come from the others......

Its good weather over there now, I would expect them all to try for good times today, I am sure Rossi and all the others will improve on there times before the day finishes. Rossi especially will be looking for an indicator/confidence boost Good effort by Cal early on, surely DP and JL will equal CS's time from last year?

@bob Ross Don't think bike racers job is to entertain the crowds, don't think that's why people race bikes, you may be getting promoters mixed up with racers? Most people race bikes because they enjoy it and like to win!
