"by the team" Another new account RGT, wow you're busy today. If you actually read the Schumacher interview, (F1Times) he says Mercedes can be succesful now that they have the required structure and technical team in place to design and continually develop a competitive car - something he says wasn't present during his tenure at the team. He doesn't even mention Lulu!

Yeah you need to start well but you also need to develop the car during the season. That was where RBR got the advantage in 2012, after Ferrari sorted out the cars initial problems they seemed to stand still where as RBR continually improved.
