F1 » Dennis: We could have kept Hamilton

Ghog, Richard, I'd say the 60's as well, even though I wasn't born 'till 71! I think it's because I can look at those cars and understand them as cars and wouldn't need 3 years training just to drive one. They were also beautiful without wings and such, I've always prefered mechanics over aerodynamics. Dream drives, Ferrari 156 or Lotus 25. Richard the F5000 must have been a bit of a beast? the only single seaters that I've driven were Formula Ford.

And obviously you BELIEVED them 100% when they said they had no plan B Rob, even though the timing of signing Perez suggests they did. "Brilliant is knowing what half to believe"? Adding 2+2 and comming up with 4 isn't brilliant mate, but some people adding 2+2 and comming up with 37 just because they can't face facts is just avoiding the truth.

Rob, ask yourself the following questions. Could McLaren have paid Lulu the same as Mercedes? Could McLaren have given Lulu less PR obligations? Could McLaren have given Lulu brand rights? Could McLaren have allowed Lulu to keep his trophies? The answer to all is obviously yes, that's what Ron's saying, that's what some of us have been saying for months. I don't suddenly believe everything that Ron says, but when he states the bloody obvious I'll accept it as true.
