F1 » What we learned in F1 in 2014

ghogmk2: Wink, So it seems that you haven't seen Tai Pissed Off then?
I was just thinking that, losing my temper? Really? Seems like Winkle was a lot to learn, but there's a dozen Budweiser's in the fridge and a bottle of whisky that getting emptied tonight so if he sticks around snake proof boots might be in order! :p

F1 » Alonso the target if Hamilton leaves Mercedes F1

BtwnDitches: I might be in the minority on this one, but I can't see a subsitute driver team like (e.g.) Maldonado and Gutierrez driving the two Mercs to consecutive wins in 2014. The superior skills, competitive accumen and winnning dispositons of Hamilton and Rosberg were VERY important to the overwhelming successes of Merc last year.
Before 2014 Rosberg had 3 wins, 4 poles, 4 fastest laps and 11 podiums after 8 years in F1 During 2014 he got 5 wins, 11 poles, 5 fastest laps and 15 podiums. That shows what a dominant car can do, or did Rosberg just suddenly decide to get a hell of a lot better this last season?

F1 » Six things to look out for in F1 in 2015

tcrook21: Taipan, you sulk like a girl every time Hamilton wins. Henceforth you sulk often. Dry your eyes on your pretty dress. Also it is two time world champion Lulu. You seem to leave out the two time world champion part. You can also go with defending world champion Lulu. I will never stop enjoying your hypocrisy. Please keep it up, its just hilarious all the time.
Two time World champion Lulu has to be the most fortunate two time champion in my lifetime given that there was no competition from other teams and his team mate was not allowed to race him on either occasion. In addition defending World champion Lulu must know deep down that the 2014 championship is a very hollow award given the above facts. Happy now TBag?

F1 » Ex-F1 driver Montagny fails drugs test

Dany Brown: I fail to understand how taking a bit of coke one night with friends make him unworthy to race...
I agree to an extent, in the not to distant past drivers have been found guilty of intentionally driving into another. Drivers have also been found guilty of lying to stewards to gain positions. Both practices are lower than a snakes belly and have no place in any sport but those drivers got a little slap on the wrist and that's it done. Where as stick a line of ching up your beak at some point and you're banned for life.

F1 » Six things to look out for in F1 in 2015

richard: whilst not on topic, and whatever my views on how fernandes manipulated and destroyed an f1 team, i must admit that he has been very caring and sincere in his handling of the sad air asia tragedy. my thoughts to all those families who have lost loved ones.
Yes a terrible situation, it's been an awful year all round for Asian airlines. Don't you find it hard to believe that in this day and age with the technology available there's still no trace of MH370 Richard?
