hunterman: Whats making me laugh is that sensible F1 fans told the anti Hamilton establishment 3 to 4 years ago that Lewis was the most marketable F1 driver, people laughed and cried Alonso , blah blah blah
RGT What you don't seem to understand is that normal people don't give a sh*t about most marketable, it's only gullible, impressionable fanboys that think that's an accolade. I'm sure when Simon Cowell selects his next gang of cretinous teenagers to pollute the airways with all he's thinking is who's the most marketable so that he can bleed every penny from the gullible, impressionable, clueless kids who'll no doubt worship them. Who's the best musician wont enter his head. Lulu is the same thing, all style and no substance, got the tats, got the hat, got the earrings, got the dog, got the accent, got the hair (well that went wrong) and got the clueless worshipers to follow him. He's just a pop star, and like most pop stars he's not worth listening to.

LoveF1: Some people are claiming that Dan did the best he could with the equipment he had at his disposal. But so did Lewis!
Love Lulu ( I quite like that name) Lulu didn't make the most of what was possible with the equipment he had, read my previous post, 19 poles and 17 wins were possible for a driver at the top of their game in the WO5 Lulu got no where near what was possible. That has nothing to do with loving him, hating him or wanting to mate with him, it's just a fact.

... and he says man a lot and walks a DOG in the paddock, more points lost! :p
If only it was just the paddock. What ***** takes an animal to an awards ceremony? A media obsessed *****? The funniest thing about that episode was his reason for having his DOG on the red carpet, it was because his Pussycat was working and he had to take someone so he took the DOG. But his brother was sat next to him in the audience so why was the DOG needed? I guess the DOG was a better photo opportunity, as I said media obsessed.

izybluffen: Ok. Lulu did win the wdc so he gets some points there. Most people would have thought Lulu would dominate Ros this year - he didn't. So he loses points there. Ros beat Lulu in quali - not only was Ros quicker but Lulu made many more mistakes. Isnt Lulu meant to be the next "Senna" ? He should of moped the floor with Ros in quali so more points lost Lulu did win in the on track battles with Ros - ok ill give him that. How he dealt with Monaco - Bad stuff and again it showed Lulu's bad consistency when his heads in the gutter - A wdc should not be like that. More points lost. Not doing more with easily the best car - more points lost Trying to retire at SPA instead of trying to score points - points lost Too many negatives, where Dan is just positives.
I agree with all of that Izy, and he says man a lot and walks a DOG in the paddock, more points lost! :p

Fullofit: If there was an award for getting a prediction horribly wrong, I'd have won that award hands down. However, I thoroughly enjoyed watching Dan drive his way to this award and making me eat my words. He was epic and a breath of fresh air with his attitude. Well done!
I think we would have shared the award mate, I didn't think Dan stood a chance against Seb, in fact I wasn't fully convinced that he deserved the RBR seat. But I don't mind being proved wrong. Vegas, what Lulu haters are claiming that Dan beat Seb by default? I've had my fair share of beer and sparkly stuff but you must really be hitting the Christmas bottle because you're seeing things!

Maybe we can make this result easier for the fanboys to comprehend.... Dan out drove and out qualified his team mate, a 4 time reining champion, Lulu didn't. There were 3 races that Dan could possibly win and he won them all. Dan could not have done any better. Lulu had a car capable of taking 19 pole positions, he managed 7. After breakdowns Lulu had a car capable of winning 17 races, he managed 11. So Lulu could have done a lot better, there lies the difference. Comprende?
