Serious question Crash, can we have a separate area of the site for fanboys to log into? somewhere that they can create multi accounts, post garbage and agree with themselves. As long as it's out of the way and normal adults don't have to read it I think it would work, lets face it without an audience they'd soon get bored and sod off to pollute somewhere else and leave Crash to real F1 fans.

Mark, what would you prefer, an F1 driver that let his driving do the talking or an F1 driver that sells newspapers? There lies the difference between F1 fans and fanboys I suppose.

Angie, If an F1 driver can find grip in the rain calling them "no grip" seems rather stupid. Every F1 driver, pundit, commentator has always said rain is a car leveller and lets driving talent shine, do you know better than all of them?

Evening Jayne, howdy Ghog. Beretta, in terms of breakdowns while team mates it's Button - 5 Lulu - 4 FACT. I'm guessing you must be counting all the "breakdowns" that Lulu had after driving into things in 2011.

Hmm with the exception of a couple of sensible posters this thread looks like a Lulu love in! So qualifying is all important eh? strange then that Lulu thrashed Button in qualifying over three seasons but Button scored more points than the little epic one during that period. That means one of 2 things fanboys... A. Lulu was far worse than Button during a race. or B. Button was far better than Lulu during a race. Take your pick.

Traggs "Pee Pee Panny" "600000 times" ? Congratulations on making yourself sound 7 years old. (quite mature in fanboy terms I suppose) Jim, Jayne and Polo aren't multi-posters, Newey on the other hand sounds like an other RGT creation. So Lulu qualifies quite well then goes backwards and Mercedes have a 50% reliability record after one race. Now just where has Lulu proved me wrong? If McLaren, Williams and Sauber hadn't turned up with pups Lulu's epic drive to 5th (45 seconds behind the winner) would have been lucky to finish in the points! Enjoy my 600001st post Traggs.

We go back to the old question here, if Button is so bad and Lulu is so great why did Lulu not completely thrash Button during 3 years together at McLaren? The only answer can be one of them is a lot better than you think and the other is far worse than you think.

Evening Jayne, I actually thought Lulu had treated himself to a hair transplant last year as his baldness seemed to be improving, maybe his transplants belonged to McLaren (like his trophies) and he had to return them when he left? Are brain transplants available on the NHS? just a thought....
