F1 » Brilliant Hulkenberg achieves ‘mega result’

@Zeyar Its not just due to this race results, over all I guess Hulk is on level with KK and is in full form with sensible driving w/o any stupid crashes or so. and you say its a comparable car but this SFIs are clearly behind in terms of pace over a race distance, especially in tyre management where Saubers are making it gold! ...and thats the way F1 is heading. Managing your tyres rather than raw speed. :( Just imagine if this was so in football! :P

F1 » Brilliant Hulkenberg achieves ‘mega result’

Too bad for SFI to lose out on Hulk next year. I don't think Paul is in anyway a bad driver over a single lap. He just lacks a bit of race craft compared to Hulk as I see. He needs to work on it over the next year else even force india might start looking somewhere else. Alguersuari is near about confirmed to partner PDR, but who knows?!! with a shift of dice we might see Sutil or even Kovie in the other force india

F1 » Sahara Force India keen to remain unchanged

I think they can get a good deal if one of the drivers is taken by some top team but they need them to stay and build up on pace through 2013. Just in putting money in R&D doesnt develop your car, you need good drivers at steerings. Less likely but SFI may get enquired for both of these drivers and that would really ruin their next season. In case one leave they might look for nick heidfeld or even try for Massa unless Ferrari put him in their other championships

F1 » Domenicali: Vettel not a dirty driver

I dunno which rule and it applies at which places of track, but that just wasnt a penalty. FA had considerable time to back off and it wasnt like he had his car alongside SV going into the corner. No one was at fault but stewards. Its like they want to take out the remaining of the rage from Romain Spa incident.

F1 » F1 2012 standings after Italian GP

Yeah, there is a power difference though Renault engines seem more drivable, helping to get out of the corner quickly. So with a good set of brakes you have got a killer cornering machine. Rest is mostly down to aero. Lotus for example is less draggy than RBR so they did not have issue keeping DRSers at bay. Gearing is allowed to be tuned even though gearbox unit change could mean a penalty.
