RR » Macau Grand Prix - Qualifying times

Well done Rutter! Once again, Ian "Buster Gonads" Hutchinson, has exceeded all expectations! To have even competed at the most dangerous race on the calendar took some guts, but to have qualified 3rd is beyond comprehension! What a story if he was to get a podium. Best of luck to all for a safe race tomorrow.

WSBK » Tom Sykes to go it alone at Assen

Tom has made mention of Joan - I think on the Eurosport website, at the time of the Imola test. All transcripts of subsequent interviews have to be read with caution, because we don't know whats been left out. Tom always comes across as a decent sort of chap. Good luck to Tom this weekend - hoping he gets a win, or two (preferably). Best wishes to Joan for a speedy recovery.

BSB » Ian Hutchinson joins Hill for BSB assault

Brilliant news! Hutchy is vastly underrated as a short circuit racer, but he is a fearsome competitor. He's won races at Supersport and Stock level and although he may not get a win at Superbike level next year, I for one would not be surprised to see him on the podium. He may even be in with a shout of getting into the Showdown. Fairplay to Shaun Muir for sticking by him throughout his injury and for having the faith in his short circuit abilities.

RR » Macau: Rutter takes record seventh win

Well done to Rutter and Jessop - but the star of the weekend has got to be Hutchy. Amazing! Roll on TT 2012! He's obviously gelled with the Yam and given his Macau performance there are no confidence issues. When Hutchy signed for Swan Yamaha, Shaun Muir hinted that he could be in line for a BSB ride in 2012. As good as he is on the roads, he is also a mean short circuit racer. What's the chances he will get the nod?
