MotoGP » Valentino Rossi out-qualified by CRT at Indy

@Greg there are two kinds of people...one who can win on the best bike....like stoner on 2007 and 2011, lorenzo in 2010....and then there are those who give up the best bike inorder to try winning on another bike ( and try improving it to be one of the best) Rossi and Furusawa did that in 2004 when rossi switched from honda(the best bike) to yamaha....rossi tried to do that with ducati, but thats where he thought wrong... beginning of 2004, the yamaha wasnt a great bike but had a good front and had people like furusawa open to new ideas the ducati is know for its raw engine and high HP but a sad front end....thus rossi's strengths was taken away....also ducati wasnt open to fundamental changes in the bike which is why rossi hasnt improved the bike and also why stoner chose to leave back in 2010

MotoGP » Hayden: Less pressure without Rossi

i feel all has gone on for the better.... nicky staying with ducati and rossi going to yamaha fact is nicky is pretty hard working and down to earth kind of a guy.....he has spent lot of years on a pig ducati and when the seeds will bear fruit next year, he deserves to be there.....plus he seems to be one of the few people fast on the ducati....unlike rossi who is constantly slow....nicky is fast but loses grip and then drops down..... so rossi needs a good front and he has gone to yamaha nicky needs improved tire wear and take out a bit of understeer which i think the ducati will solve by next year beginning....

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi breaks silence on Ducati exit

so basically stoner slagged rossi off because rossi said stoner wasnt trying hard enough and JB said the bike could be fixed in 80 seconds ok..i know a rider who says he doesnt care what people think about him.....and then goes on and slags everyone off says he is leaving because of the hate in motogp but himself isnt ready to let go of the hate against others says he prefers clean racing but is ready to bulldoze anyone off track if they come in his way says rossi never pushed hard enough even after getting beaten by rossi in the one race rossi could push to the limit that too in wet conditions says rossi keeps getting beaten by barbera and hayden when barbera is nowhere near and hayden is level

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi breaks silence on Ducati exit

people say stoner is leaving motogp because of dorna, rule changes, this and that etc....but if you go to think about it, fans like you people are one of the reasons this place has become such a hate community all you do is hate and hate.... people change...riders improve...they apologize...they become friends with rivals...but all you people here on crash do is insult them here rossi is apologizing for something which was never his fault....he has tried pretty hard being calm while ducati have been just delaying and bringing faulty stuff...the one chance when he got a decent bike in the wet in le mans he showed his true potential....he didnt even mention ducati's negatives here but just called it a shame and apologized..and you people start bashing one another again

MotoGP » Dovizioso fears Yamaha hopes scuppered by Rossi

while dovi has had a good run this year on the satellite bike...there are other things to consider 1st is his no. of wins last year on the honda...did he get any ??im not sure fact is honda was the dominating bike last year and dovi was never a threat for the win or even 2nd for that matter....he spent most of the year fighting for 4th...so its not that he didnt have a chance secondly, dovi has managed good places this year but ask yourself why ? ben spies has wasted the factory bike till now which could potentially be finishing ahead of him everytime there have been a few races in which one of the top 3 have crashed or run off and the fact that this is the 1st year of the 1000cc...so basically the diff. between the factory bike and sat. bike is not so much as it usually is.... rossi on the other hand may be a constant threat which is why i ffeel he should get the bike for the sake of the championship
