MotoGP » Rossi to discuss Ducati future in 'next week'

yamaha only need a title sponsor which may be why they want rossi...other than that they dont need him... rossi hasnt got that bad that he needs to pay for his bike in the form of a sponsor.... ducati needs him and with audi it may be that the problems get solved faster... besides with yamaha, all he may get is more wins(which he doesnt lack)..he already has the most wins/titles.....with ducati though if they get the bike sorted, the championship may get more interesting with 6 bikes that could fight for the title

MotoGP » Audi: Ducati remains Ducati

the problem is that ducati isnt as big as honda or yamaha....they dont have the resources to make new chassis, engines etc as fast as honda can..... thats one way audi can help out.... technically,as already mentioned, i dont think audi can help out much..... but audi wants the ducati to sell more and seeing how the sales have risen last year, if they manage to get the ducati working by providing necessary resources, the sales will go sky high......

MotoGP » Rossi promises 'extra special' effort at Mugello

i myself wanted rossi to switch biks next year but think rationally honda is gone for him to get a yamaha, he has to get a title sponsor which is equal to buying himself in......i dont think its a good idea switch to a bike for which a person such as rossi needs to buy himself in.....he hasnt fallen that low that leaves the ducati....ducati need him...they will pay him well too and fact is we need 3 championship winning bikes out there.....2 is just too less...and rossi has enough wins, titles already...he might as well stay at ducati and leave a positive end to his career by improving the bike....with audi i think work should get done faster
