Will Charlie Whiting crumble over a system which he has already deemed legal? and if so, why?? If he does he will have to explain why he was so wrong in the first place, He has made a few decisions in the last 2 seasons which I think were dodgy at least! Is he a Muppet or a Puppet??? lol

Good call, Gordon drove very well this year, But i think he will have to change to another team to win the championship though? I think Plato(Neal too) has done his cred no favours at all this year with his hissy fits and moaning all this season, he has certainly gone down a lot in my estimation this year. I wish they would make all the cars either go turbo or all go n/a so they don't punish the turbo cars and constantly pull them back till they get beat by the n/a boys.

Yes I believe Vitaly Petrov has a contract - just like Nick Heidfeld had. Its just a pity some of these big sponsor drivers didn't want to drive for the teams that could do with the money for development more. But it will be a tough call for lotus/renault with Petrov, grosjean, senna, Barrichello?, sutil(possibly?) Would you pick Vitaly Petrov out of all them?

Hirvonen seems to have lost a lot of the consistency which has made him the second best in recent years, and I would say he was regularly out paced by Latvala, even soundly beaten on many events this year. Latvala reminds me of McRae with his very fast win or bust approach, and that was confirmed when loeb said he didn't know where his speed was coming from!! Ogier more than had the measure of Loeb on many of the stages on this and last years rallys. "If" Ford go rallying next year and with "these" drivers it will be the best chance they have had since Gronholm retired to stick it to them pesky Citroens lol!

I like Mark as a driver and in the past he has easily silenced his critics and I believe he has earned the seat he is in. BUT I also honestly think he should have done better this season with the car he had?? For a lot of the season the red bull car was in a different league!

If Lewis gets his head back in the game and Mclaren start 2012 with a competitive car then I wouldn't bet against Mclaren taking the Constructors at least! I still think Mclaren have two of the top four or maybe five drivers in their team.

All this talk about Button only having a few years left is nonsense!! Look at Schumi's progress this year and how old he is and for how long he had left the sport for and how it had changed by the time he had came back!! I still think he would win with the right car. When I think of Button's best ever driving form, I think of this year where he has shown he is a class act in all conditions and that is in a car which is clearly not the best. This year has put him fairly and squarely onto all the other teams radars and thats why he got the 3 year deal to stay at McLaren!!!

But Button is ahead of Hamilton in the Championship with 2 mechanical DNFs and in my opinion being robbed of the fight he was taking to Vettel and Alonso at Monaco? A season where he found his mojo, people always come with this cr*p before a Gran prix weekend, but can't usually say too much against him straight after the race!!
