Tealeaf, Rosberg was saving fuel. I wonder do they have a faulty fueling rig.

Richard, you give an elegant solution to the teams tyre choice, and no one could then accuse Pirelli of negatively impacting on the racing. However, you've then got the logistics and cost implications to consider. Pirelli would have to move perhaps 60% plus more ties to each . For your idea to work teams would have to make their two tyre choice days before the race weekend. It would be something to see any of the top teams make a wrong tyre choice which totally screwed their pace. The person in charge of making the decision would face a roasting from everyone.
