MotoGP » Rossi buoyed by 'great' qualifying

rainy's career ender was a certain no returner , doohans was a certain as well because his legs could take no more damage , Schwantz was destroyed by rainy's crippling end , vale has had a lot of luck concerning injuries for such a long career , all he's had is a broken leg , ( the shoulder was done on a motox ) in my opinion vale has not diminished in any way whatsoever and is riding as good as he ever has , stoner raised the bar to race long qually laps and jlo and pedro followed suit , vale has managed to get there at times but never made it to that level permanently , MM who spends most his time studying the top motogp riders and races knew he had to start at that bar to win races and entered motogp with that level in mind .

MotoGP » Throwback Thursday: Inaugural Aragon MotoGP race

lot of comments on that thread saying the ducati looks fantastic for rossi next year , some even claiming jb and vale gave ducati some data to try and casey's win was the result of that data. funny how after valencia only a handful of races later they were screaming the bike is a pig and blamed casey's input. bring up more of these old threads crash , they are hilarious and a joy to read.

MotoGP » Lorenzo 'paying for mistakes,' vows to keep battling vales nastro azzurro was a satellite team but the bike was factory supported and full spec like the repsols. stoners lcr was not full spec and not factory supported , the lcr team was his 250cc team that moved up to gp class with him on a shoestring budget using third rate mitchelin tyres , the only ties to the factory were a discount lease if they brang stoner with them , not sure exactly why they wanted stoner as they made no effort to grab him for 07 when yamaha were making him offers , after being blocked from yamaha honda still made no attempt to grab him and he ended up third choice at ducati , as for ducati being the best bike in 07 is totally laughable , fastest yes , best no , go watch some 07 races and you will see his ducati shaking and bending all over the place while vales yamaha is on rails.

MotoGP » Suppo talks privateer Honda, Casey Stoner tests

BJR. privateers can run with pneumatic valves if they want , but they will have to forfeit the extra fuel , and if they are going to go down that road they may as well ditch the stock ECU as well , far too costly for a privateer to go without factory support , so privateer bikes are made without pneumatic valves for this reason , rules are rules and the rules say one way or the other.
