Le Mans » Toyota stay realistic

Apparently acording to Carlton Kirby (Oh yes your worst nightmare has come true, he's back on Eurosport, it's been much better without him commenting on the motorsport this year, I really hoped he had retired) anyway enough of the rant! back to Toyota, unfortunately it seem's the No.8 car has a hole in the engine block and they are changing the engine for first qualy, real bad news because I think they are only allowed 2 engines.

F1 » HAVE YOUR SAY: Who was coolest in Canada?

Perez and Grosjean were extremely cool, they managed their tyres well and so had enough in hand to go on the attack when they had the opportunity. But for me Hamilton stood out as for once he really drove an excellent race, yes he had doubts when he pitted for the second time and the Red Bull(initially) and Ferrari stayed with a one stop strategy, but he dealt with it and drove an excelent race showing coolnes and some maturity, it certainly makes it interesting at the top of the leader board, 9 points covering the top 4, hope it stays that way all season.

Welcome back Toyota. I really hope that they have a good car, and can push the Audi, and even spring a surprise, even though I'm a big Audi fan and have been since they first took the quattro to the WRC, it's important that there is competition at the top, I was so disapointed when Peugot withdrew. I hope that Toyota has a reliable car, that is as good in the wet as in the dry (which was the undoing of Peugot). I realize that they have had very little development time and no race running at all due to their car being sidelined after a testing crash, pace wise they do not seem to be far at all off the Audi, but Le Mans can be such a car killer.

F1 » Hamilton wins Canadian Grand Prix

Richard 'if english is not your first language, how can you say that my vocabulary is lacking?' I can do this as the use of namecalling as an insult is unfortunately a common trait which you find throughout all languages and cultures across the world and is generally used by persons who find they have to try and belittle others by insulting them, but in reality they are probably doing themselves more harm than good in any debate and are more to be pitied than scolded. And no this thread has nothing to do with an english female singer from the last century, and my name is still not bob.

Taipan, my french is fine, just dont understand why a minority of people on here have to revert to trashing peoples names to express themselves, though I suppose to them they think that they'r being extremely clever, but I'm sure that the majority would think exactly the oppossite of them. Same as swearing really, namecalling just shows the individual's lack of vocabluary and brain skills.

Richard who on earth is 'bigjohn' 'if rbr had of been more reactionary, they should have pitted seb maybe 3 laps earlier' but the didn't and that is what I was pointing to. We know that Sergio can look after his tyres, and also the Lotus given the correct conditions, but at the time Alonso and Vettel were racing Lewis, but because of their arrogance fell into the clutches of Romain and Sergio. Their own fault therefore.
