F1 » Vettel expects 'closer' season

Tealeaf, I'm no betting man but even if I was I would hardly wager on the Mercedes, it seems to have improved but surely not by that amount. But if I had to I would rather put my money on Rosberg than on Schumacher given that Rosberg has managed to comprehensively beat his team mate for the last two seasons. I suppose time will tell though.

F1 » Raikkonen completes Lotus test

Kimi's car was running on what Pirelli describe as their 'demonstator' tyres, that have a much longer lifespan than any of their competetive tyres which would make any meaningfull comparisons that much more difficult, still it would be nice to know wouldn't it. I hope he gets up to speed quickly and that he has a half decent car under him, he is one driver that I really liked when he was in F1 last time, crickey I even enjoyed his wins with Ferrari and that is some admission from me! Hope he doesn't let the media circus get under his skin like last time!

F1 » F1 Driver of the Year vote: 1st

Andy's posting must be one of the most sensible and thoughfull post i have read all year in crash - 'Personally I would still have had Vettel first but to take the position that, because he was world champion he must therefore, automatically be the best driver, is garbage. The history of the sport is littered with champions who were clearly not the best of their era, they just had the better car or better good fortune...' On the other hand the CommodoreS posting has to be the dumbest yet! - 'The poll was a farce. I did not even bother to vote as I knew the outcome would be biased.' He has the cheek to slate the pole outcome yet he didnt even vote, what an oink! maybe he should have voted he may have made a difference it's quite possible that there could only have been a vote or two in it!!!
