F1 » Mercedes: New engines won’t mean economy runs

I'm one of the purists that love that turbo power is coming back. The Merc guy saying there will be much more torque which will be great for lovers of oversteer (waiting to see how Newey will get around that one, as loop holes are running out for extra downforce) @ Sunny - Interesting with the turbo in the Merc pic, it is a "one" piece (turbine & compressor together) like a normal turbo but with a big covered shaft area to run the ERS off, but ??? Isn't this type of turbo called "compounding" when you run extra driven devices off the shaft. Extra ???? 1- Obviously they show no headers/exhaust manifolds so one could suggest they will still run a big external wastegate ? 2- Will they run 1 intercooler in the air intake duct instead of 1 on 1 side or 2 on both, or will they try water to air and try and squeeze extra power that way regardless of weight ? 3- Will they allow extra boost to be run in Quali ?

F1 » Marko: Webber 'struggles with title pressure'

Tony said quite a bit I wanted to. Marko is a walking joke. Mark's first win RB were not happy that Seb didn't win. 2010 Mark led the WDC for most of the year but when Mark is leading and by a decent gap its all "fairness" and "equality" (RB's 2 biggest joke words). But the second Seb gets any sort of lead it's everything goes to Seb. I still think Mark lost the WDC cause of his bike crash, cause anyone who has broken bones knows you cant be 100%, but he still did well on injections. Everything has always been the Seb investment from the RB driver program, its all money and pay off. The only time RB have ever fully supported Mark was Hungary 2010 where Seb's famous "How the F*#K is Mark in front"comment came from. If Webber struggles as Marko says it's because they want Seb to win. Basically.

F1 » Marko lines up new replacement for Webber

@ Richard - I agree with you on some points but the whole "team" concept does not exist in F1 especially for someone of your viewing experience. Marko's driving experience initiative is a business incentive that has to pay off which Webber was a causality in 2010 which Mark himself screwed up by going mountain bike riding. As a Webber fan I agree RB back Seb but in all fairness that's not right but rightness does not happen in F1 ! Lets get real mate...... If all things were fair and R&D is fair Mark wins, but is not consistent. When R&D goes Sebs way he does more with it. So I understand this whole jive but no need to run down Webber like you do Lulu or Schumi or anyone not in your book. Post now like you do in usual non Seb terms or I will run you down with every biased post you make, ok ???

F1 » F1 Driver of the Year vote: Full results

I still cant believe Seb fanboys are still sooking about the poll results. I'm trying to work out the logic here ok: Some fanboys reckon that Seb should have won the poll because he came 1st in the WDC........With that logic then shouldn't have Button won the vote in 2009 ??? and Lulu in 2008 ???? Yet Seb won the vote both those years. Also Ferdi probably has the least amount of fanboys on this site, they are pretty rare so he didn't win because of biased voters. Majority of voters have other favourite drivers like Kimi, Button, Webber and of course the Lulu brigade but they all mostly voted Ferdi. I'm a Webber fan by patriot default (Aussie) yet I was happy with his spot and I voted Ferdi 1st.
