MotoGP » Rossi rides victory high to Sachsenring

Hi #Dave If you read what I say it's so far from absolute you can get, Rossi fans on the other hand have confirmed the Absolute with very little criteria, if you like a sport you like the ins and outs of the sport not just that It is only ONE, and as many of the Fans state is that they started liking the sport because of Rossi, so it's fair to say that they do not like the sport, they like an idol, in this case Rossi, fair enough we all have our reasons for things, but if you are interested in the sport it is harder to define a GOAT. MotoGP » Rossi rides victory high to Sachsenring

Hi I hope that we will have a 4 bike battle:) But stop talking about 'good track for Rossi' you said that for several races in the beginning but nothing. Rossi wins not because of 'good track' but because he will have a good day, he have ridden all tracks a million times and if he is in form he will win on a bad track, but JL will be feeling better and he will be harder to beat this week, and Danni is fast here, matter a fact so fast he made the king crash:) Hope we have a great race Cheers Claes EDIT by CRASH.NET: Removed name calling.

Hi Well do we call someone the GOAT that can win if he feels good, like the track, fans are happy and the bike are perfect for the day No we don't. We call the GOAT the person who ride fast and WIN on tracks they dislike and/or like, set up the bike to fit track, rider and environment, have great opponents, don't bag other riders riding when they have no clue what that rider are up against, be great advocate for the sport and adapt to instead of blaming circumstances. Rossi have a lot of these features therefor I/we expect him to do better all the time not only on a Yamaha-Rossi favored track:) Cheers Claes

MotoGP » 'We never gave up' - Rossi on MotoGP victory return

Hi First isn't it great that the most payed rider in the world "never gave up", what an achivment to keep on going:) For the record Yamaha changed pretty much everything with the Yamaha to 2004 from the bike Biaggi had to a very good bike, thhen Rossi made it a winner because he was way best on the grid at the time, today he would never achieve the same. Spies probably had a less of a Factory bke than Cal have today, and had to push harder due to that. Cheers Claes

MotoGP » 'We never gave up' - Rossi on MotoGP victory return

Hi Good job Rossi Question Is really winning back to back titles the pinnacle or is it winning on a less than perfect bike. Spencer never won back to back titles but I would claim he is way better than Doohan. so its great to win back to back but really? Roberts won on a hack bike bit no one calls him a one hit wonder and CS did win more than anyone on the yesrs he was on Ducati fact. Stoner is one of the best ever and so is Rossi and Lawson and Roberts but no one is the greatest ever due to there was and is so many different circomstanses in every season. But great job Rossi hope you can keep it up Cheers Claes

MotoGP » Pedrosa: Marquez improved after he copied our settings

Hi This is why Danni is worried, his teammate is faster than him on the exact same bike, and we all know what he can do when he is setting up the bike for himself, Texas Danni was left for dead, offcourse the team should help eachother the guy had very little practice due to crashes, in the end Honda and Repsol want a Honda Repsol to cover the podium as much as possible. Winches only winch when they know they will or are loosing:) Cheers Claes
