Hi #LOL "i believe your little hero had more crashing and moaning for 4 years then Rossi , then he ran away because rossi was going back to yam and MM was stepping up." :):)You do crash when you try harder, and Rossi was moaning even though Ducati gave him 10 times more stuff in 2 years than CS got in 4:) and I can't remember any racer that Quit and broke his contract because he was disappointing with the bike:) I only hear about that with primadonna football players:) Cheers Claes

Hi # Nine Times I do understand what you are saying that the year a rider becomes WC he is best at that time, although as many here agree on WC does not equal greatness. There are many examples would you consider Faranco Uncini, Creville and Kevin Schwantz equal? Would everyone with 1 title be greater than i.e. Mamola? Would you consider Doohan greater than Roberts or Scheene? Would you consider Spencer the greatest because he is the last racer winning in two classes the same season, which no one have done ever since not even attempting (I would). Hailwood greater than Ago less WC. Rossi greater than all riders ever except Ago who have more titles??? Cheers Claes

Hi @fast fishey If anyone it would be Schwantz:) # Ich Agree on the Doohan part, unfortunately no one no matter how many titles great rides great personality great battles and all other things will be better than Rossi in some peoples eyes, but he is a great rider and have been for a long time, but there are more riders out there that can and have done great things, but as long as they did beat Rossi they will never be good enough acc to some/most Rossi fans, if they where from another era and never won over Rossi they are great, but otherwise they are nothing until they have 45 WC titles:) @TedG What you are saying is that Rossi can only win on a perfect bike, yes?? #Nine Times Only the championship counts, nothing else. So what you are saying is that Doohan is a better rider than Lawson, Rainey, Roberts and Sheene?? Cheers Claes

Hi @Mr Lewis I have always been Claes (you must be talking about @lad) and I did not talk about Rossi as a rider I talked about his personality that I don't like, and yes MM is new and there is electronics out there but he will very competitive this year and in the future, might even win it this year:) and I thought they all where low on fuel, I did not see any pitstops:) They all had worn tyres they both came from 7th place the difference is that Rossi have done this for a while and MM have done this once:) Cheers Claes

Hi @Codger Don't get me wrong I like Rossi as a racer but I do like upcommers better they have more honesty, there are to many stories about how Rossi cut friendships and other like ,I am the No1 rider do this or else, baby sand pit stuff to respect him as a person (like Billy Corgan dating one of the Veronicas and blogging on Dolly sites but I still think Smashing is the best in the world), he do bring good racing, at least now when he's not the fastest, back in the days with no competition he was as boring as any that pulled away and stayed away, and thanks for recognising the V8 driver's quality:) Cheers Claes

Hi @realist Over the hill and saying that he do not have the development God status or good enough to ride any bike is different from over the hill. I did say that he would be fast on a bike which is good from the start so he only have to set it up well. I expected a top 4 within reach of the win so 2nd is not bad but in comparison to MM he was just good, MM was great:) Cheers Claes
