Some people are very quick to mock and ridicule a man that is desperately trying to sort out a bike that is virtually impossible to ride well. This is a sport that we all love and without Valentino Rossi we would never have witnessed such awesome displays of sheer skill, talent and brilliant racing ability! Vale has won 9 championships so far and probably given most riders their ambition to race. Valentino has introduced fun and flamboyance to a somewhat dull paddock, and given bike racing a charactor like never before. No matter how bad a time he is having, his presence on a grid will always be a threat because no-one really knows just what he is capable of - he has often produced racing that could only be described as unbelievable!! Do not continue to mock this man, but instead, give him the credit he truly deserves !!!

Valentino Rossi 'suffering' but won’t leave Ducati
5 agree.
9 disagree.
Valentino was "written off" the year Nicky Hayden won the world title, also the year Casey won. It seems if Valentino doesn't win the championship, he has had it and needs to pack in! Was any of this said to either Nicky or Casey the year after they both failed to keep their world titles?? No, because it is foolish. Valentino went on to prove his doubters wrong which he will do when he is on a decent bike! Valentino has a vast amount of experience so why would he risk life and limb and the rest of his career trying to do something with the Ducati that is obviously impossible! This has nothing to do with skill and talent, but a lot to do with common sense and self preservation!! The King will return!!!!

If Valentino was riding Casey's Honda, he would have won in Quatar!!!!!!!

Rosberg claims Chinese GP pole
1 disagrees.
Shows exactly that you have to have the best all round package whether or not it is F1, MotoGP or whatever! If the car isn't up to it then it's going to be a struggle! Red Bull have dominated for too long, now the rest have a fighting chance!! Let's see what Vettel can do now!

@ happy - Pure speculation! That's what you hope would be the case!! You have no idea really, it's just what you think, all in your head, in your dreams!! Casey would be struggling like hell, just the same as he did and the same as Valentino is doing!!

‘No restart’ rule enforced after Brands chaos
7 agree.
2 disagree.
I think the rule is for riders who actually fall off their bikes rather than those that ride onto gravel, or come into contact with another bike! It is common sense really. If your bike hits the ground, it's out!!

I don't think even Casey would do much better with the Ducati in it's present form! Every manufacturer has gone forward with development, so improved their bike performance, but Ducati haven't. It's pure speculation as to what Casey would be able to do and just because he did well in 2007, and struggled a lot after that or he would have won another championship, all this talk that he would be winning races is just another way of trying to belittle Valentino. Casey would be struggling and anybody that says he wouldn't is just kidding themselves!!!
