F1 » Ecclestone warns quieter F1 could be costly

I was never a big fan of F1, I'm a biker and I love MotoGP. But I went to the Renault world series at SPA a couple of years ago and there was a demo F1 car doing some laps. Man I was really blown out of my shoes, thinking about the sound I heard just gives me goosebumps again. So I went back every year (when the weather was ok) just to hear that impressive engine scream. And since then on I watched some races occasionally. But when I switched the tv on this Sunday, I was really, really disappointed. Guess I'll not be going to the Renault world series this year.

MotoGP » BT Sport reveals MotoGP TV line-up

I live in Belgium and watched the BBC coverage since eurosport lost it's contract. Since then we got a satelite dish and watch Moto3 and Moto2 on DSF and SPORT1 in German, it's horrible. We also had a Belgian channel which only showed MotoGP races for 2 years. So for us 2014 is going to be terrible, watching on SPORT1 with Alex Hoffman and his terrible colleague who are only talking about Bradl, Cortese, Folger, Luthi, Krummenacher etc. And really bad commentating, like 'Ooh if that guy crashes, Bradl could be on the podium!' and stuff like that. They got commercials of 8 minutes that make you go nuts. And when it's soccer season they put priority on a live talkshow about soccer. Disgusting. Problem is, my dad has this thing, he records every race in the motogp class since 1978. So switching to the live stream isn't going to make him happy. He rather records the bad (for us) SPORT1 coverage than watch the live stream in English (which is also not our native language by the way...).

MotoGP » Bradl falls twice, ends fourth fastest on final day

Motojunky: Bit harsh Greeny. Will you say the same about Pedrosa ? After all he's been there 8 years and still not won on the best bikes money can buy.
Dani is a different case, he took his first pole position, rode his first fastest lap, took his first podium and his first race win in MotoGP class in the same year he entered it. Dani will always be a second man guy. Bautista and Bradl however will always be fifth or worse guys, but hey that's my prediction. Maybe it's because I'm almost forced to watch races on German channels where they over-estimate him way too much, disgusting.

MotoGP » Bradl falls twice, ends fourth fastest on final day

zeitguist: well Stefan.....if your not crashing your not trying hard enough!!!.....I have faith in you....your an underrated talent that's for sure....good luck for the season......
He's like a Bautista, never going to be WC in MotoGP class, now and then he'll be seen on the podium, but these can be counted on both hands for his entire MotoGP class career.
