WRC » No Rally New Zealand in 2014

Guys, the WRC most certainly does not Suck at the moment, it has never looked so promising ! Ogier, Latvala, Neuville, Ostberg, Hirvonnen, Meeke, Mikklesen, Novikov, all ready to surprise with a Win, VW coming into this years Championship and winning Rally after Rally whilst Citroen and Ford scrabble to catch up Hyundai ready to burst onto the scene in Monte-Carlo with 2 new cars and 2 newly contracted works Drivers, I dont see this season as being in the toilet, only the U.K. TV coverage is in the toilet, I think it is getting very interesting, especially when Hyundai announce the Two new drivers (I suspect it will be Solberg and Sordo)

WRC » Meeke enjoys 'very positive' day in Australia

Yeh, there would be no better and fitting way to Honour Colin than get into the WRC the proper way (Talent and Speed) and do really well Marcus Gronholm was quite a late Bloomer winning his 1st of 2 WRC Titles in his early 30s. I agree, with a lot more seat time and experience of the events he could challenge Ogier and possibly Dominate Rally GB like McRae and Burns did in the 90s Imagine the Atmosphere on Rally GB again if we had a home grown driver who was winning the event again, I just know Meeke would enjoy Huge support !

WRC » Meeke enjoys 'very positive' day in Australia

Yeh, this is the kind of performane I was expecting from him, right now he is fully justifying Citroens decision to Choose him over Sordo and cementing his future with the team in 2014 and possibly beyond. It would seem that 3rd on Rally GB 2011 was no fluke and that he was Harbouring this speed all along. im suprised that it has taken this long for a Team Manager to give him a break, i suppose its all down o money as usual,at least Meeke has got his seat the best way, on pure Talent and speed rather than a suitcase full of Red ones. Well done to Kris

WRC » Ostberg: A podium is always the goal

Thats the difference right there !!! Citroen ad VW are lookin to Win !!! When you have the speed that Mads has shown on Gravel you have to Plan on winning every time. Especially in Austrailia where the Route is either new or nearly new I would suggest that he is not Hungry enough, M-Sport needs a win and Austrailia is as good a place to scoop it from, maybe Neuville can surprise everyone, he has a tendancy to do that.

WRC » Meeke out to 'finish the job' in Australia

Fingers crossed ! Lets hope he can get a really Good Result here. He needs to get to the finish no matter what, but he also needs at least 3rd or 4th to justify Citroens decision to replace Sordo, after all he was chosen because of his speed on gravel, and in Citroens eyes this translates into extra points - which they need badly If he can get a better result than what Citroen would of expected from Sordo and mikko happens to take a win then maybe Meeke will once again be chosen over Sordo for GB if its still close in the Manufacturer Race If, if, if, if,if - by some miracle Citroen does beat VW in the 2013 Title fight this could then lead to a Full time seat for Meeke in 2014 alongside Mikko, Mikko wont be going anywhere next year !

WRC » Hirvonen eyes victory on Rally Australia

well, with the points situation it would certainly be a Huge bost if Mikko could actually win and possibly Meeke gets 3rd or 4th, but you also have Ogier, Latvala, Neuville, Ostberg and Novikov, so getting on the podium is no easy job VW look the odds on favorite on any event, but for Citroen if they could just get 1st and 4th, then maybe France Loeb wins again and Sordo is either 2nd or 3rd then its still possible to win the Manufacturers if VW Stumble again at some point, its certainly keeping everthing interesting Personally I would like to see M-Sport win soon, maybe it will be in france, it would be very special for Thierry to take his 1st win there by beating Loeb in a straight fight on his last ever Rally and in his back yard, what a way to open his wins account
