MotoGP » Dani Pedrosa undergoes arm pump surgery

I think arm pump surgery is relatively straight forward. Basically the sack that holds the muscle is too small (these guys are built light, with massive forearms). I think its a little nip and tuck, so I think he'll feel the benefits by the time Le Mans comes round. Impressive of him riding at such a high level and having arm pump. It can really cripple some riders during a race, Casey being one who suffered a lot from it.

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi: Bradl cost me a podium

Thats a bit of a mis-leading headline crash. The Bradl incident possibly scuppered a chance, but there was nothing wrong with the move, and I dont think Rossi is saying there was anything illegal about it. It was a good aggressive push out pass, taken from Rossis own little book of aggressive passing. It should be really encouraging for Rossi though, and good to as this wasn't like all of his fourths last year, he can run at pretty much the same pace as the front guys. Its all down to qualifying better though, staying with the top guys for the first few laps, and preserving the tyres. Thats way better than last year when he was just totally out gunned. As far as I'm concerned, he should be looking for another contract at the end of the season.

MotoGP » Qatar winner Marquez wants more Rossi battles

Who doesn't want more races like that. Just a shame about Jorge, but that sort of thing just seems to motivate him more. This was so much better for Valentino this year than last year, even though the result was the same. It was a great ride last year, but tyre issues with the Hondas had their role to play back then. Roll on Austin, although I think that will be a poor one for the Yamaha's. We'll see though. Great start to the season!!!
