MotoGP » Dani Pedrosa undergoes arm pump surgery

I think arm pump surgery is relatively straight forward. Basically the sack that holds the muscle is too small (these guys are built light, with massive forearms). I think its a little nip and tuck, so I think he'll feel the benefits by the time Le Mans comes round. Impressive of him riding at such a high level and having arm pump. It can really cripple some riders during a race, Casey being one who suffered a lot from it.

MotoGP » Marquez, Rossi, Bradl on the up in MotoGP 2014

@RossL @cossiegaz, Agree. As a Rossi fan though, I'm just being cautious. JLO has just had bad luck, but he'll up his pace. Dani was riding with arm pump symptons, so he'll be faster too. Marquez has therefore been winning these races with his eyes closed. If JLO and Pedro up their game, Rossi could be back in a lonely fourth again. I'm being pessimistic, but its feasible that this new found competitiveness is a bit of an illusion. I would love to be wrong though

MotoGP » Marquez, Rossi, Bradl on the up in MotoGP 2014

JLO has just had a shocker so far. I'm pretty sure he'll be back up there sooner rather than later, but this soft tyre strategy sounds risky to me. Regarding Rossis improvement and his intended announcement in Mugello in 2 rounds time, if he is still third, he'll probably stay, if he's second in the championship, its a no brainer. If Marquez stays on his bike this season though, he's definitely wining the championship again. Only DNF's and no starts will stop that from happening. So, whats the lesson? Never put a "1" on your bike.

MotoGP » Dovi: Top four ride in a completely different way

I like Cal, and I like when people wear their heart on their sleeve. He's having a rough time, but it'll work itself out. Dovi is pretty straight talking too, and a good rider. However, I was expecting the team to be much more competitive with the advantages they have got in the "Open" class. I wasn't expecting them to fight for wins straight away, but after exploiting such a big loophole, and gathering so much controversy while doing it, I was expecting more from them, but hopefully they can pick it up. I wonder what they'd be willing to pay Casey these days??? :)
