MotoGP » Colin Edwards steps down at Forward

DB8: why doesn't Bradl move now, Cal move on to Bradls bike, and Iannone onto Cals bike. They may as well do it now in my opinion
Well there are contracts after all. Colin said he had a contract till the end of the season so one might suppose he still will collect the remaining payments. I'll bet Cal is taking a pay cut to leave Ducati so he won't be in any hurry to leave but he is right to leave as he does not seem to be getting on with the Ducati. The top rides are locked in except maybe for Dani's but it would take a really strong showing to knock him off his perch. Jack Miller? He's a wild card for sure.
Yep, true. Contracts is contracts. If every team and rider thought it might be beneficial to get the riders on the bikes so they're ready for next season, contracts become just bits of paper. They're not in contention for anything this season as it stands, so why not?

MotoGP » Rossi: Tracks that are difficult for me

Just an observation, but it seems Valentino isn't as good / comfortable on anti clockwise circuits as he is on clockwise circuits. Maybe he prefers right hand corners than left hand corners. Just guessing though. Is that a stoopid observation?? 1st half of season 2 / 9 circuits are AC (COTA and Saschenring) 2nd half of season 4 / 9 circuits are AC (Indy, aragorn, philip island and valencia) He's talked negatively about most AC circuits, apart from PI, which is very flowing and he seems to like that one. The exception that proves the rule maybe??

MotoGP » Herve Poncharal (Tech 3) - Q&A

@rbr46 - You're right, its not good enough, and that's why he is probably going. However saying things like "he is an embarrassment to Oxfordshire and the whole of the UK" (which you said) is ridiculously harsh and inaccurate . Have you ever (or will you ever) accomplish anything in your life close to what he did??? I seriously doubt it. Wind your neck in. He did his best, but fell short of the mark. Fair play to him for getting to where he did and giving it his all, but Moto GP is a little bit out of his league. Best of luck to him, and hopefully one of the many new young guns get a crack at that seat.

MotoGP » Herve Poncharal (Tech 3) - Q&A

rbr46: BS has never deserved this seat, he is an embarrassment to Oxfordshire and the whole of the UK. Will be glad to see a proper rider on this bike.
Thats very harsh. He's always been very professional and he has shown some potential. He just fell a little short of the mark, and had some bad luck along the way. Hes still a talented rider, just a little out of his league. I wish him all the best
