F1 » Alonso and Hamilton praise ‘fantastic’ Ricciardo

LoveF1: lol @ Mustafur. You have got to be joking, right?? The ONLY time you can describe Ricciardo as a better driver is AFTER he has emulated Vettel's achievements! When he has thrashed his teammate consistently and won 4 world titles at the very least! Hamilton has won one title, Button has done the same and so has Kimi. Some would say that at best, they are possibly close or as good as Vettel. And put Alonso in that category. For you to tell me that Ricciardo with 2 race wins to his name is a better driver than Vettel with 4 world titles is quite laughable. In fact, I will not continue this "debate" with you, no matter what you now respond with...
So according to your logic, Vettel is no where near as Good as Schumaker then!

F1 » Ricciardo: First victory ‘surreal’

korina.lakis: Let me rephrase if it sounded that bad about Mark. But first thing first, lets say that this nasty leg break indeed was done during a bike accident and not part of his GP activities. Carelessu I could say, because at that time Mark was at his best shape ever. His career record was 9 1st places out of 217 GPs, having the best car out there for 5 consecutive years. His career in RBR is described as follows: Consistently outqualified and outraced by team mate Vettel, winning just a couple of rounds during the season if and when Vettel had technical issues. Period. He finished 3rd when Red Bull dominance .was out of reach. Not good to me. You are totally right in order to celebrate Daniel's win but in sports and especially on that level the conclusions come through comparison.
Mark broke his leg racing in a extreme multi sport challenge that he organises himself where all proceeded go to children's charities. The road was ment to be closed but a 4x4 had come out of the bush and on a nasty SOB of a corner (I know the corner well as I use this road regularly to go camping and fishing) mark rode into a ute that wasn't ment to be there. Even though it probably cost him the championship he still organises the Mark Webber challenge every year in the off season and all proceedes go to sick kids. Irrisponsible or generous?

F1 » Red Bull appeal rejected

bob jane: You cannot be serious drop bear?
The way I see it is the fans are rubbishing the new rules and it looks like there will be a drop in gate numbers and TV ratings in the future, FIA want to make an example of red bull but if they penalise SV they would risk an even bigger backlash in Europe than if they pin DR. I personally believe that if it was SV it would be some form of suspended sentence and fine. Just Sayin!
