WRC » Meeke signs new Citroen deal for WRC 2015

The right decision from Citroen, I didn't think for a minute they'd not retain him as I'm sure Malcolm Wilson was trying to get Kris's attention to replace Mikko ! He does need more events under his belt to progress, he has the raw speed & talent. If he can stop the ''silly mistakes'' (his words)! he can challenge the VW's on certain WRC events next year. His in car footage reminds me of Colin, who threw his car off the road on a regular basis during his first few seasons. I look fwd to watching him next year (through my fingers !!) C'mon Kris !!

WRC » Loeb returns to WRC for Monte Carlo Rally

Bring him back full time I say, I can't get excited about WTCC & I'm sure he doesn't either. BTCC....yes, great fun & any one of 10 drivers can win, but WTCC... no thanks........ & it takes a lot for me to switch off. Loeb is wasted there. Plus they have Muller & Lopez who can win every race anyway in a totally dominant Citroen. They don't need Loeb there. So, can we have him back please. Loeb & Meeke would make a great Citroen team to challenge the VW's.

WRC » Loeb returns to WRC for Monte Carlo Rally

There's no other reason for Citroen to not re confirm Ostberg, when they have done so with Kris, other than obviously waiting on something (or someone!) .....although leaving Mads hanging in the mean time, as there are no full time top drives left now.....is a bit Button like...! Certainly Citroen can't not have Kris on board after the promise he's shown this year & him & Loeb in the Citroens would be great for WRC as well as obviously for Citroen, in the fight against VW. I've raced in & also followed many forms of motorsport & bikesport over the years & it''s always the case that someone always turns a corner from one season to the next & turns from nearly man to serious contender over the off season, don't know why it happens like that but it does......& for me Meeke is that man. And here's hoping Loeb is fed up already with WTCC !!

WRC » Hirvonen announces retirement from WRC

Sorry to See Mikko retire, I've rooted for him for years, but as someone else said, he was around in the wrong era. I admire his decision, he could have prob had another season with M-Sport but he's lost the fire he had. Hope he goes to Rallycross (Great season there, thoroughly enjoyed it) Don't see Citroen letting either of their guys go. Kris in particular could seriously challenge the VDubs next season, he has the pace & just seems to improve the more experience he gets in the car. He'll want to stay there. But Matton needs to confirm the line up now. Kubica has not delivered & all due respect DafyddLarcombe, but do you really think Citroen would want the pole ? they decided on Kris before when they had the choice & now as far as I see it, they made the correct call...Kris has pretty much been the best of the rest behind the VW's where as Robert has usually been in the hedge, I know Kris does go off (& I could have cried in Germany!) but less now & he has more talent & raw speed t

WSBK » Sykes, Baz step up feud on social media

Yearby23: So next year Sykes stays at Kawasaki, Guintoli throws his chances of retaining away by going to Honda and Rea joins Kawasaki.... I don't know about anyone else but I think Rea will hammer Sykes into the ground and Guintoli will have a Haslam-esqe career from here on out.
....''Hammer Sykes into the ground'' ?? sorry but...what a load of rubbish, if Luca Scassa or Brian Starring were joining Rea, then I'm sure they would get beaten soundly, but Sykes...No way......Rea is good & I support him, but getting a little over hyped & he's not superman & Honda don't rate him enough for non factory MotoGP seat, so lets not get silly here, he'll be very competitive on the Kwak, but don't let the Guintoli Ch'ship win & the Baz falling out make Sykes a lesser rider than before......he'll be favorite again & will be there (with Rea) at the end. Plus, new regs mean the Honda will be lot more competitive next season, so Guintoli will no doubt be there at the end t

WRC » Hirvonen announces retirement from WRC

(cont)..........& raw speed, than Kubica. I see Kubica staying where he is in 2015...same set up & backer. The repair cost for Kubica prob uses up & outweighs the money he brings from Lotto !! Citroen have the best two drivers available to them at the moment & either could make a big step forward in results next season, Obviously I'm a Kris supporter, but I do genuinely see him improving again next year. Seb Ogier has said he thinks Kris will be in the mix with the VW's next year & could...& I quote ''become a problem''......praise indeed ! As for the other M-Sport seat.....who knows, very difficult call, but Malcolm need some experience there to counter Evans, who is doing well. We shall see.
