MotoGP » Rossi salvages sixth after costly excursion

Rossi has been rubbish for Jlo, Yamaha and MotoGP this year. He starts every weekend with a guaranteed minimum 4th place finish on account of the way the equipment is dispersed in MotoGP. That might not be his fault, but that's the reality. So when he rolls in 6th, or even 4th, people are entitled to have a pop, because his attitude is one of complacency. This follows on from his riding without any heart on the Ducati - unforgivable. People pay alot of money to watch, not to mention the merchandise.

WSBK » Guintoli: I haven't been at 100 per cent...

Eugene's win-it-or-bin-it approach probably frustrates manufacturers more than anything. Eugene was a nightmare mid-season, when the decision was probably made. He knew that and improved his game no-end, as do most riders when they're looking for a job. Guinters' injury really took the wind out of his sails, but his performance and Magny Cours was very gutsy. For me, Aprilia have a very strong line up that they should be happy to stick with. BMW are the wrecker for Eugene here.

BSB » Easton confirms BSB return with PBM in 2014

Yep, someone ran a Moto2 bike at the TT a couple of years back, and there were 2-stroke pattons in the f1 race before that. I understand that there are diffferent regulations for Superbike and F1 classes. Although a superbike is going to be eligible for the F1, the reverse isn't neccessarily true. the TT is great, but it does lack in interesting machinery. The MV 675 was a revelation this year with its distinctiveness, and as it's a time trial, you have a bit more time to distinguish between the bikes.

BSB » Dejected Brookes' title bid in tatters

Hmmm. Tetley is here are sticking the boot in when it doesn't know what it's talking about. Yes, his teammate has come on well and is giving him a run now. But his point is that the Suzuki isn't able to run with the top three/four. Which anyone with eyes in their head can see is correct. Also, getting into a battle with someone will lose you time on the leaders. Which is also crystal clear. He's been big enough to admit he might be off form here, but we can be sure that he's been over-riding the Suzuki again this year. It's definitely the weakest Japanese bike out there. But he is in the shootout with it. Hard luck, and well done, Josh. Time to improve, Suzuki.

WSBK » Super Sykes puts one hand on WSBK title

Ooh, that was close! If the two aprilias hadnt scored there, it'd be Tom's already. I hope he doesn't think like that and gets it at Jerez. Tom's attitude following last year's close finish alone deserves the championship this time around. It's still an exciting finale at Jerez. And fair dos to the aprilia riders, knocking seven-shades out of one another.
