WSBK » Matt Roberts joins Eurosport WSBK, BSB coverage

Matt Roberts could talk a leg to sleep. Imagine being stuck with him at the bar?!? A very dull man. Craig Doyle does a much better job in a similar role on the ITV4 TT coverage: he's part of BT Sport (although he's heavily involved with the rugby), and he's an excellent 'man of the people' presenter which is important in presentation. Hopefully he's part of BT's presentation, and cox & parrish have been cast out.

MotoGP » Moody not part of BT Sport MotoGP coverage

Being an ex-racer doies not make you a good pundit. randy was one of the few English speaking riders that was worth listening to, as he had no axe to grind. Almost all others do. The role of an ex-racer should be as an advisor, not necessarily main commentator. People like James Toseland are a good example of chronic bores who are told what to say throughout their career and don't have an interesting view of anything objective. We don''t need a comentary team that knows more about MotoGP than we do. That's the expert-witnesses job. Personally, I don't want anyone brought from BBC, incluing matt and Azi. And especially not Cocks and Parrish.

MotoGP » Crutchlow unsurprised by Lorenzo Ducati link

If he keeps winning at yamaha, he'll not get the kudos. I'd understand it if he (obviously) goes for it this year on the Yam, but keeps an eye on the Ducai and see how it fares. It might be the place to go for 2015, as unlikely as that might seem now. If he could go to Ducati and make a go of it, it'd be a big thumb in the eye for rossi. Also, just like football transfers, these 'rumours' are often planted by an agent, looking to gain leverage in negotiations.
