MotoGP » ‘Positive’ end to poor weekend for Redding

Nick23: It's not worth engaging in conversation with Realist/knownothing as far as Redding is concerned. If he won every race til the end of the season they' still be dissing him.
Don't be an imbecile. If Redding won races I'd be the first to give him credit. Redding had a good year in M2 in 2013. I, and others, have already given him credit for a year well ridden. Pol still got the best of him with double the wins, and Marquez being gone bumped him up a rung. Pol thoroughly outpaced him in 2012 as well, and Pol will continue to outpace him in GP too.

Nick23: Redding will do better than you. Arm chair critic.
LOL! How'd I know you'd respond like that??!? Your response to my ruse was predictable. I'm not a peer of Redding's, so your silly response has no relevancy. He won't do better than Bradl....who was 7th last year at the venue.....or Bautista, who was 6th in 2013 and on the podium in 3rd in 2014. Both of them on factory Honda's. That's what matters.
I would wait until Thursday for weather forecast before saying where he will finish... At the moment it looks llike it will be raining whole weekend and Scott is really fast in rain!!
Well my good chap Matty. Would you like to place another wager? You're already not looking so well with regards to the other wager we have going. :)

MattyMKO745: @Realist Yes, he deserves to be criticised, but not like that.. You cannot compare him at the moment to Bradl and Bautista, even on similar bikes.. Just give him a chance :D
Why can't I criticize him?? He was quick to call Bautista a waste of a factory bike when he was on the Open bike, so why can't I call him a waste of a factory bike when he can't even match Bautista's results??? I know you'll now toss out, "..but, but...Bautista was more experienced" or "Bautista had a better team", but Scott opened himself up for criticism when he, himself, was critical and vehemently claimed that he'd get the results. Talk is cheap.

MattyMKO745: At the time Bautista in experienced team was underperforming so much, that many thinked the same as Scott did, he was the only one who actually said it.. Difference between the two is in experience.. And of course you can say he is a waste of a Factory bike if you want... After all, this is you opinion and we exchange them :D
Alvaro's under-performance was due to him becoming an incessant crasher that season. When he stayed on the bike, he was inside the top 10 every race except Valencia, and he was on the podium in LeMans. I just thought I'd add some specificity to your statement.

MattyMKO745: @Realist No, I am not going bo blame it on a wrist, would not be fair to Pol... S*** happens and that year it happened to Scott.. But without injury title could go either way.. My part about Pol was for this season, because he has finished behind Bradley on 2 out of 3 races when he finished... Considering he has a Factory contract, this should not happen.. I can tell you that Yamaha bosses are not to impressed by him at the moment and he is in the same position as Brad was last year.. At risk getting dropped at the end of the season
A factory contract does not mean he's on a factory bike. They are on the same bike, and they should be finishing pretty close to one another (as they have thus far). I think it's a stretch to say that the bosses aren't impressed. I think you're pulling that out of your sphincter my friend.

MattyMKO745: The only real reason why Pol was champion was not only because he had double the wins, but because Scott had a stroke of really bad luck and broke his wrist... To say Pol will outpace him in MotoGP as well is just stupid, you don't know that.. And considering how experienced his team is, Pol is seriously underperforming this year, not deserving full factory contract...
Now, now. So you're going to blame his wrist!?! Pol has beaten Redding EVERY SINGLE SEASON since 2008. Precedent is precedent. Additionally, to say that Pol is under-performing on the T3 bike is a bunch of nonsense. During his ROOKIE year, he ended the season in 6th (behind only the 5 aliens ahead of him on full factory bikes), besting his more seasoned teammate. He's more or less performing the same in 2015 as he did the first 4 races of 2014. You can't sit here and argue with FACT just because you like Redding. The data is there for everybody to see.
