MotoGP » Repsol slams Rossi for ‘unacceptable conduct’

kiwimike: There has been a suggestion that Rossi may not race at Valencia, but here is a thought. As MotoGP is so sullied by this whole disastrous affair - might not Valentino be better off retiring from MotoGP at the end of this season and racing in Wayne Rainey's Moto America?
Not going to happen. This incident will have fueled Rossi to push forward, probably with even more zest and determination than before. Just look at how he responded once his more diplomatic approach didn't work. He will race! Also, riding in MotoAmerica? LOL! That series sucks ass. The AMA was far better. You guys talk about not wanting one man to be the series, but turn around and suggest that he go to MotoAmerica and effectively become the series. The competition in MotoAmerica is a waste of his time.

MotoGP » MotoGP Race Director explains Rossi punishment

mark.orr.315: I am tired of this nonsense that just because Rossi "looked" at Marquez he intended to take him down. UTTER RUBBISH. When you look at the footage, it is clear Marquez intentionally hit Rossi who was blocking his path. Marquez had ALL THE TIME in the world to slow down and fall in behind. This is what you call a BLOCK PASS. 100% legal, Rossi had the line and as Pedrosa said, when you are in front on the inside, you can do what you want. MM hit Rossi, he crashed, he lied.
Agreed! It's like people forego all common sense and subscribe to some really ridiculous opinions. Rossi already said that he looked back at him as if to say, "WTF. Why are you doing this right now?" Hell, just a few turns before, Rossi threw his hand up in the air at Marquez too. Was that also some malicious intention on behalf of Rossi as well? He was just gesturing as if to say, "WTF dude?"
