MotoGP » Ducati GP15 set for Sepang II debut?

NineTimes: Well, one thing is for sure and that is the new machine will definitely be better than the old one. Wait and see. I am just wondering how many heart attacks it would cause to the HRC manages if Ducati turns out to be as competitive. Will HRC & Co(AKA Dorna) allow it? hard to believe. @ Shamarone, They might not be as successful, why? because their don't write the rules in their own favour. FACT
"Definitely" is an absolute. Speaking in absolutes is rarely recommended. If Ducati's bike is competitive, they will have to play by the same rules as HRC and Yamaha, so the sooner they are competitive, the better.

MotoGP » Marc Marquez moving to Andorra?

TedG:
Realist: Yes I'm American, and you give us FAR too much credit. Most people don't give to charities here, and most people are just looking to save a buck wherever they can. Businesses move out of California (the state I'm in) in favor of Nevada, Arizona and Texas for the tax benefits all of the time.
And I live in Nevada and Tesla is building a 6 billion dollar plant here because California decided not to give them a decent tax break. Thank you California.
Yep! Prime example. I don't blame them either.

PorkPie: California happens to be my favourite place on earth. The State that has everything. Hard for me to comment on the real philanthropy of America, it is certainly a truth or myth widely believed in Europe.
In terms of the sheer economic scale, California is the king state of the Union (..right up there with New York). It is the state that has everything, hence why I'll never leave the state even though I despise some of the politics, the nannying, etc. It's nice to be able to ride ATV's in the desert at 8am, snowboard/ski on a mountain at 2pm, and arrive at a beautiful beach before sunset. The positives of this state definitely outweigh the negatives... ..and yeah, the SF to LA drive is a beautiful one.

PorkPie:
Realist: I don't blame him. People in the states move from city to city, county to county and state to state to save on taxation. I'd do the same thing.
People in the States (are you American?) also give generously to charity, due to the lower rate of tax (in theory) in the States. Not sure that carries over in Europe. I think that is a big difference. I would like to see the likes of Marc and Jorge do more for charity if they are going to live in tax havens.
