MotoGP » Fracture means surgery for Marc Marquez

phatfel: this is bad for VR46's 'ship hopes. the only one able to beat JL99 is MM. nobody else can unless it is raining and even with rain, i would still put my money on JL99.
Umm, they are about equal as to how many times one has beaten the other this season IN THE DRY, and there was only one true rain race, sooooooo.......where do you draw these faulty conclusions from?

MotoGP » GP15’s braking characteristics holding Dovizioso back

Codger: Realist.......Hover the cursor over 'realist' and figures come up. I wonder if you'll get a prize when you reach #1. ( a signed photo of Dovi would be good. ) Sorry for the nonsense post, but defending my man only invites negative comments.
Wow! I learn something new every day. I never realized that this site had a rating system. Now I'm curious who #1, #2 and #3 are. You're 15th by the way. Not bad at all for the Ol' Codg who has been largely absent for about 5-ish months.

MotoGP » GP15’s braking characteristics holding Dovizioso back

Yearby23: I just find it funny how Iannone is managing to extract what he wants from the bike just fine, despite shoulder injury....
You comment as if Iannone and Dovi ride the same or require the same things from the bike.
Well at the beginning of the season they were both right up there together fighting for podiums and Dovi being the better of the 2. Since then Yamaha and Honda have moved on with development and Ducati haven't really yet Iannone seems to still be fast regardless. I don't mean to insinuate that Dovi isn't brilliant, he is, he came from deep oin the grid to get 5th this weekend. I just hope he can find his early season form.
Thanks for that finely articulated response. I get where you're coming from now. Carry on! :)

MotoGP » Rossi, Lorenzo ready for title showdown

6uille: -Yep, I had to see it again. Look at him slow down into turn one right after Marquez crashes out, edit : 17 laps to go also. He lets the rear come out, does it only if he has to and seems perfectly comfortable doing it. I'm really happy for him he broke the mold of nicy tiddy ridding, after complaining so much about lack of edge grip he's adopted less dependance on extreme edge grip.
I don't think that was purposeful. Lorenzo has never been that type of rider. If the rear came out, it was likely unintentional as it sometimes is.
