MotoGP » Silverstone ‘turning point’ for Redding?

Somebody call the waammbulance. Come on, if you are heavier lets not complain and fill everyones heads with what he could achieve if their were weight requirements as we just dont know what would happen. Pol was good in moto2 and is now struggle town sally in the premier class, so to label his problems to just weight is ridiculous and one eyed. If we add minimum weight requirements to gp, why not add height requirements to basket ball so the little guys can have a go? Or change football (american) so we could get a 90 pound 5 ft something playing as a defensive tackle? Scott redding is a arrogant **** as they say (although for some reason his fans cant seem to see it), and it's great when people like that get knocked down a peg or two.

Racing is not athletics... It is easy to level the playing field when it comes to combined weight, and it makes sense, which is why the other 2 classes have implemented it already. Power:weight = speed, how hard is it to wrap your head around the concept? It wouldn't make Redding or Baz as fast as Marquez or Pedrosa, but I don't see how anyone could think it's fair to more or less penalize guys who aren't built like children or jockeys.
I can wrap my head around the concept im just saying you could make changes to all sports so people with disadvantaged body sizes could do better but the thing is this is how it is stop using it as an excuse because it isnt the only reason his form is terrible. You cant seem to wra

I never said all sports should be changed, just motorcycle racing.
And you fail to see my point if we change motorcycle racing why not just change every sport? My opinion is that would be stupid. We are all born with different size bodies and abilities. Scott knew what he was getting into when he signed up to race. Someone danis size will stuggle with more weight so if thats the case should we have to change the rules again? Big bike small frame (human body) is known to make more arm pump injuries should we then change again? Changing rules like this just leads to new problems. How bout it is what it is leave it.
