Ill join in on the laugh at brad smith. Cmon, this guy in comparison to the rest of the field hasnt got it. His rookie team mate is sticking it to him more often than not. Im hoping for a big shake up at the end of this year with a few satellite riders tbh. I still think that a lot of the people who stick up for him are from his country and have that bias to up hold.

MotoGP » 'Small steps' strategy pays off for Pol Espargaro

I said only his countrymen stand up for him and there we are. There are better out there. That's fact. By better I mean more talent pol is proving that. It's easy not to fall when you aren't going as fast and points finish on a bike that has no excuse not to finish there isnt that much to talk up. so that bike should, it should also be closer to the front. I'm done

But you are his countryman and you're sticking up for him with jibber jabber. There were better riders to choose from obviously brought a little$$$ well that's the only reason I can see other than the fact it was out of pitty for putting him on such a piece of crap in moto2. Pol is already matching his times and he has only been on the bike once before. I do hope I am wrong honestly I do but smith won't amount to much in motogp. If he ever gets on the podium without 5 riders falling off in front of him I'll eat my hat

People's negative reaction towards smith in a lot of ways are just. The only people that stick up for him are his fellow countrymen. After the first few races and depending how aleix's bike does on race pace, he'll be very lucky to finish in the top 8 and that'll be due to someone falling off in front of him. Hope I'm wrong as I don't hate the guy I'm just realistic.

Oyg. Dorna want diversity ffs. Dorna have more to gain by having riders from a range of countries challenging for a championship than all Spanish. Think about it what does dorna want? Money wouldn't it benefit from having a range of riders from other countries doing well so world interest rises making more global money? Spain has great youth programs and have focused on that more than any other country, of course they have a wealth of talent to choose from.
