MotoGP » We're closer to beating Marquez, says Rossi

@Guna4699 REALLY, you really believe that Rossi could out ride MM, remember, young Mark is NOT on a Ducati and having to compensate for everything. Unlike Stoner in 08, MM has the bike to play cat and mouse with, dont believe that is possible, revisit 2011 where Stoner had the bike and did a Lorenzo on Lorenzo and had the Stoner of 08 been on a Honda like young Mark is history would be like it was last year when MM took Rossi on the corkscrew. Stoner was the rider to always bring the fight to Rossi and I wish Rossi could take MM but I doubt it very much. MM is way better than both Rossi and Stoner and thats a fact we will have to accept

MotoGP » Peerless Marquez ticks off Jerez win

@ LcTanneer Good race. I thought the " gone fishing " t shirts worn by the jerez marshals down at turn 1 was a nice touch. To make that comment it shows that Stoner still owns your head and head if those bankrupt Spaniards who's claim to fame is being jobless Back on task, MM once again showed why he will be the REAL GOAT and not some media hype either, this kid is the DEAL unlike the exposed one you dream of.

MotoGP » Lorenzo: Sweetest third place of my career

@Codger I don't think any of them would have won a race on a Ducati, only Baylis and Stoner had that skill in my opinion but hey I am a Stoner fan, Rossi fan 2nd and Lorenzo 3rd. Would love to like Marc but I can't, don't know why but the kids riding just doest do it for me, even though he is great. Lorenzo may be the better Yamaha rider but Rossi is more fun to watch though I know he won't win a race unless the others fail for whatever reason. Now that was tough to accept but one day even he will be as old as me lol Anyway, Stoner Rules LMOA wink wink

MotoGP » Lorenzo: Sweetest third place of my career

@Codger Just trying to help my feelble mind old friend on this statement Would Rossi have beaten Jorge ? Who knows, he had the raw speed to do it but it needed another lap or 2 to answer that question. I know the answer- Rossi would NOT have beaten him because as the race shows he DIDNT. Thats like saying if Rossi could ride the Ducati like Stoner he would have won a WC but as the two years of results show, he didn t. All this Ifs and Buts confuse old folk like me and I look to you to care for us old farts, we only have history and experience on our part and the young blokes think that doesnt count for much. FYI, dont look now but I think there is a Zombie in your room lol
