MotoGP » Hayden top Open Honda after tough weekend

The Hayden "hater" will be on here shortly. He has nothing better to do in his life but bash Hayden. (I'm sure Hayden stole his g/f at some time in the past). On to the RCV1000 -- software or what not, there's no reason this Honda is so far back from the sat Yamahas or Ducati. I don't see why they can't let the RCV run the Honda factory team electronics. They don't have pneumatic valves or seamless transmissions so it's not like they can beat factory teams on speed anyway. At least this way the races would be more fun to watch. As far as Hayden goes, he is CLASS all the way. Anyone who bashes him is simply suffering from an inferiority complex.

MotoGP » 'I wasn't thinking' says 'distracted' Lorenzo

saner: Good news for all Lorenzo fans, Movistar which is yamaha title sponsor was Dani pedrosa's sponsor in the intermediate class and now is in talk with Dani to make a move to Movistar yamaha team for next season..So now Lorenzo can move to Honda and fight with Marc on the same machinery.
Unfortunately for MotoGP fans, one manufacturer DOMINATING the entire sport makes for not so much fun racing for fans....

MotoGP » Hayden top Open Honda after tough weekend

Conrice: Well - that'd be against the rules.... So that most definitely will not happen. But the electronics will get much better. And if Aspar does get pneumatics, it will change the game for sure. Aspar should take a blow torch to the underside of that tank, and then hit the inside of the tank with some compressed air so that it bows it out a bit and lets them run 24L.... it's only an extra 3 lbs of weight...
I don't disagree at all but we've got to get the electronics worked out much faster if we are to have more competitive racing. This is just Gosh-awful racing to watch right now. At least WSBK is more competitive.

MotoGP » Hayden top Open Honda after tough weekend

golfnut04: Hey wheres Kenlucky and Pakundo? i was just waiting to see with what idiocy they were going to come up with, As for tires Bridgestone drop the ball on the front tires , monopoly brings complacency and this is a good example. As for outright competition even if Hayden had a satellite RC213V he would do a lot better but we can all see that HRC placed all their eggs on the Repsol team, the times show that they are untouchable.
I do understand that REPSOL is putting a ton of money into HRC (and course explains why they have a full "Spaniard" team). I do not understand why MotoGP won't force some balance with teams as far as competitiveness. It's no fun watching a race where two riders from the same team leave everyone else in the dust. It's no longer a "race" and just makes watching it boring. I long for 2003-2006 where anyone on any bike could have won a race.

MotoGP » Hayden: Honda’s not going to sleep through this

StevoG Even if Hayden got a fully fledged factory Honda(like Marquez and Pedrosa) he wouldn't do any good, so give UP Hayden and stop winging you've had it and please retire for god sake before you get hurt.
You mean the same Hayden that won the championship in 2006 then Honda put out a piece of crap bike in 2007 and 2008 so that no one could win on it, then dumped Hayden and didn't win anything on their new bikes until Stoner got on one. Then when they go back up to 1000 they start winning again. Please. You guys haven't the first clue.

MotoGP » Hayden: Honda’s not going to sleep through this

kenluckykid69: " a lot of guys fell down and we took advantage of a lot of misfortune to get into the top ten" Wow, first time Hayden has ever been so......truthful? But then, the reason "we are not" competitive it is because the bike, but somehow got a lucky break - but avoids the term. We shall at COTA. But Hayden and fans got plenty of excuses to howl and will continue to harass Honda to get what he wants, and even then... it will not end there. Nevertheless, it will all prove "interesting" to see how this unfolds - so to speak.
You're so ignorant. Look at the top speed. The RCV1000 is down almost a full 20kph on the straight. Yeah, but that's Hayden's fault right? That Honda didn't provide a competitive bike that they SAID it was. Being down so far on top speed, Hayden has a legitimate beef. You, however, do not....
