I do not think Honda dictates terms of motogp with Dorna. There have been rules made which disadvantage Honda before. The extra weight implemented on the bikes hurt Honda alot as they were close to perfecting their chassis, the bridgestones hurt them further it amplified the front chatter. If we want to compare the racing to moto2 and moto3 then lets have a single engine supplier.

Why quote Ecclestone and not Ezpeleta? F1 is different from motoGP. Even the way its raced is different, F1 is raced on 4 wheels and motoGP is raced on 2 wheels. With 2 wheels less its already a spectacle, isnt it? Back to topic, its been quite a good year to watch motoGP if ure not supporting just a single rider. But camera needs to focus more on the mid pack, thsts where thr battles mostly are.

I wonder now if the stupid comment about Stoner was a bait by Dorna to try get Stoner hyped up and come out from retirement. After all Rossi is Dorna's PR tool, always used to hype things up, thats why he is so important to Dorna. Stoner on the other hand, is one of those riders who light up GP on track, thats why he is so important to the actual racing. Stoner is telling them not to worry, as Marc Marquez will be able to take his place in that department.

I feel exactly the same way as Calvin here does. I was a big fan of Rossi from 125-250-500 motogp. But as he became bigger his ego has got the better of him. I stopped supporting him when he played mind games and giving bad publicity to his close rivals. I find that rather unprofessional of a rider, especially someone who i looked up to for his performance on track, many of which i try to replicate. My first race number was even 46. But all that changed over the years as i see him transform into a celebrity. I thought his 2 years being down at Ducati has focused him back to racing, but unfortunately it hasnt.

If we talk about whining, see how Rossi was able to change to bridgestones mid season. Any idea how much whining in the backroom that would take? Have u noticed how much more injuries from spectacular falls there were, including a fatality? Were michelins really that bad? And look at 2 years of Ducati time, everything from bikes to staff were changed. Any idea how much whining happened in the backroom? Look at Ezpeleta's reaction to the issue, giving Duc ultimatum n all. Stoner wouldnt be the only one to hate Rossi.

Stoner was beaten by a desperate illegal move by Rossi which forced him off the racing line to avoid collision. Rossi was so desperate he went off the track and cut back in! It was downright illegal! If uve raced before u will never forgive that and in all other circumstances the race directors wouldve penalised the culprit for infringement, but this was Rossi the goldenboy they let it pass. If it was a legal move everyone wouldve started to cut the chicane like that. This is motogp, it isnt supermotard!
