F1 » Court case distraction for di Resta

@ian.wright I think the monies owed refer to di Resta's agreement to the deal that Hamilton offered him, only for di Resta to realise he was being ripped off and he then pulled out of the deal and fired Hamilton. So it's about that sponsorship deal in which Hamilton appears to have misled di Resta. If that's what is going on then I don't think di Resta has a case to answer as the contract was fraudulent.

F1 » Six of the Best: Possible future F1 circuits

Most of these are great motorcycle tracks, but they wouldn't suit F1. I say while we're giving unrealistic options why not consider the Top Gear test track? 12 turns over a minuscule 1.75 miles and fairly rubbish tarmac to boot. Clarkson and Hammond can do the catering while May can be on RBR's pit crew (someone has to slow them down).

F1 » Force India: Lotus a 'stumbling block' on driver front

Their priority must be something like this - 1st Perez or Maldonado for the ££,£££,£££, 2nd Hulkenberg or di Resta for the certainty of performance. So, basically di Resta only gets a seat if the proverbial hits the fan, which isn't out of the question. I think if the Lotus deal goes through then they would be wise to take on Hulkenberg which might mean that either both Perez and Maldonado end up at SFI or Perez and di Resta do. Again, it doesn't look good for di Resta.
