Guess what bike holds the lap record? yep the Duc and guess who was riding it? and it was set 4 yrs ago how good was that guy? pretty good I would say.

@Nick636 I think I read somewhere that Smith will not be going to Tec3 next year and it may well end up in court. By the way a good win bt SA in the rugby I was impressed.

I am a stoner fan and I don't think it will bother JLO or Yam because they don't have to work their engines as hard as other teams because they have the best handling bike by a mile and JLO is a brilliant rider.

@Doctor who Just a question if as you say JLO only won in 2010 because rossi broke his leg can we conclude then that JLO could have won in 2009 if he did not crash and got a fracture of the skull,broke both ankles and damaged his collarbone what do you think?

@TalentFan 13 hrs ago One of your best posts and 100% correct,the only thing I would add to it is I don't totally blame rossi I blame his PR machine that bullied the the body that runs GP racing into giving him all the advantages that no other rider ever got. To all the people that say you will only be remembered by the number of WC's you win, just one name Stirling Moss WC= zero in the top 5 greatest F1 drivers of all time still a Legend.

As a Stoner fan and a follower of GP for 51 yrs, yes stoner is a great rider but there was only one Hailwood the greatest rider of all time nobody else even close,his mastery on a bike (any bike)will never be matched.

@Balls I have to correct you there,he never said the bike was no good as a matter of fact he said the oppisite,what he said is the TIRES are bad and he hasn't changed from day one,he was asked after Assen was the tires any better and he answered straight out NO.

@King Kenny Is that decision definate. I did not read it anywhere there is some doubt about it it's a hard one,but if thats the rule there is not much Yam can do about it.

@markyb69 I dont think either rider has the measure of one another I think they are very even but there is no doubt JLO has the better bike by a mile,what I always look at is the riders after the race,have a look at stoner after Assen he looked like he had done 100 laps he was totally stuffed, thats how much energy it takes to ride the Honda but when you see JLO after a race you would think he did not race a lap he looks so fresh because the Yam is so easy to ride and JLO is a great rider.

@Blame Rossi First off I dont hate any rider I respect every rider on the grid from first to last I dont care what they ride or who they ride for. As to my comment I mean it, if rossi and burges leave without at least a win I think it will maybe not destroy their reputation but it will certinaly dent it and that is why I think rossi will not leave, it has nothing to do with hating it is just my opinion just like your post is your opinion,also Duc did not listen to stoner and all rossi fans made a bit of fun of it (maybe you were one of them)but I notice nobody is laughing now.and you know the old saying "what goes around comes around" remember that one it is a good one to remember
