MotoGP » Lorenzo 'the best' in MotoGP, says Rossi

@Gilles Sorry for the late reply, the difference is that JLO was on the No2 bike which was nowhere near what the No1 rider was on but he still won races, MM this year was on equal machinery with the No1 rider I would even say he got more support than the No1 rider but only my opinion. @TalentFan I agree with you 100% if Yam have not fixed their fuel problem for next year it will be a Honda Feast for sure the only reason the Yam was where it was this year the rider pure and simple if JLO was not on the Yam it would have went backwards.

MotoGP » Honda would 'stop' if software is controlled

@TalentFan I said in an earlier post I leaned towards Mick, but I must say I admire your stand and your conviction and you are not going to change your stance so good on you even if I disagree with some of your points, but one thing I do agree with you on is JLO I am not a fan but I am a huge admirer of him as a rider and I have said it many times on here put him and MM both on the exact same machinery and it would be JLO first and daylight second, and to guys like Realist let it go mate Rossi couldn't ride the Duc Stoner could dont keep trying with lame reasons just enjoy the racing as it is and BTW I think your man will have a better season this year IF Yam have fixed their fuel problem if not mid pack like last year.

MotoGP » Honda would 'stop' if software is controlled

@TalentFan I have enjoyed this great disscussion with "Mick" and although you both have some great points I have to lean towards Mick,I have followed GP for over 50 yrs and seen it from no aids to now and I would normally agree with you if the bikes were say 180 bhp but a bike with 250 + bhp and doing over 300 kph there is no rider on the grid that could handle that power and speed without aids.I come from the Aircraft industry (flew them and fixed them) now there is nothing more beautiful to me than the sound of an RR Merlin but their day is gone and the Aircraft of today could not be flown without aids I would need about 6 pages on here to show why but I think you will get my point, when we had say the Connie with 4 engines with about 150 passengers and very little cargo where today we have say a Boeing 777 that can carry a huge load of cargo and over 300 passengers and lift it with 2 engines without aids it could not be done its just progress and we just have to accept it or get le

@TalentFan we have to accept or get left behind as in GP racing.yes I would love to see the old times back when we had the likes of the greatest rider who ever lived M Hailwood but its not going to happen so we have to accept that what we have now is here to stay and enjoy it and BTW I love it today as much as I loved it 50 yrs ago (but I still miss Hailwood such great memories)

MotoGP » Dall’Igna begins reshaping Ducati

@herewego I have managed large manufacturing factories here in Aus for over 30 yrs and what Gigi says is spot on everybody should be on the same page, and I will gve you one tip if he goes to the board with his plan it will be examined over and over and if it has a chance of working the Germans will give him whatever he wants if not he will get nothing, thats how they operate I know. personally I hope it works because I would love to see the Duc back up at the front again but I am not sure if they have the right riders but I hope they prove me wrong.
