F1 » 'Nearly a really special day' for Webber

Richard, you are lowering your learned standards. Firstly great drive by Nico & 'Nando, & yes Webber got 2nd because things fell his way, but in his own honest words he used the "what happens in races" situations well, and was him saying "we need to look into what went haywire at the start" really blaming the team?. When Lulu's tire went bang I said to my brother "God SV was lucky not to cop a lump of tire in his face" & I did feel sorry for him when he lost drive after having it in the bag. The crowd showed their appreciation of Mark the man on the podium. As for Lulu his pace & recovery was impressive to "anybody who knows about racing".

F1 » Webber confirms Porsche sportscar move

Richard, I have always respected that you research facts fairly thoroughly and speak with authority as a long time F1 follower. But I thought you would be big enough to say "thanks for your contribution to F1 Mark and best of luck in your future racing career". Your pet Vettel may become the winning-est driver in F1 ever and I have often applauded his obvious talent and success. But he does have a car designed and fitting to his talented driving style and I doubt if Alonso, Hamilton or Kimi would outdrive him in that car. It is a pity that Vettel comes across to most as a selfish spoiled brat and his team have contributed to that, History will judge his statistics as great, but not his demeanor as a man compared to many drivers including Webber.
