MotoGP » Rossi salvages sixth after costly excursion

For the people who beleive VR should retire i ask this? Who would you suggest takes his place who will definitely be faster than VR, and more importantly will be faster than JL, MM & DP????? VR will finish 4th in the championship so the only people faster than him are mentioned above and 2 of them have clearly got better machinery. JL is just JL, cant think of anyone who would be faster than JL on the same bike, i know MM would not beat JL on a Yamaha!!!

MotoGP » Valencia marks end of MotoGP on British Eurosport

As far as commentry goes i dont mind the eurosport commentry or the bbc's. For me the commentry is not the main attraction and sometimes informative. The whole situation of BT taking over sucks though, i have enjoyed motogp for many years and would like to continue watching & will wait till next year to figure out a way round paying BT a penny. Good luck to the eurosport guys, its a shame it has come to this!

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi to split from crew chief Jerry Burgess

Although ther has been talk of vale expressing his wish to sign for another 2 years i think he will retire at the end of 2014, especially now he has the moto3 team. Big shock jb going and really curious to find out why, i dont believe this is just vale saying jb is no good anymore, ther must be more to it and maybe a mutual thing. I am a firm believer that if vale is given a bike that will work the way he wants it he is more than capable of being at the front & this year he has ridden a bike designed for jl's riding style which is very different to vale's.

MotoGP » Rossi 'won't give up' in pursuit of top three

Rossi still has the speed to win races & compete with the other 3, we have seen evidence of this already this season, unfortunately it appears to be about set up and feel for rossi, when it feels right he is quick but that perfect set up has been difficult to nail. I beleive there are 2 things that make all the difference for rossi are ride height & tyres, ride height they can work on but i think the tyres they are currently using he just cant get on with. Maybe the compounds will change, maybe Michelin will return to motogp?
