F1 » Raikkonen staying coy over future F1 plans

@George I take your point, Ferrari do seem to have made a bigger jump forward compared to where they were last year, but to compare the times from Jerez last year with this years times is a little misleading. Last year the teams were putting their new engine technologies to the test for the very first time. Of course they will be faster now twelve months on, a seasons worth of aero development and a better understanding of the equipment. I seem to recall team bosses and analysis saying that over the course of 2014 teams had found three seconds worth of pace. When you consider the engine upgrades and refined aero packages for 2015 one can only assume the times are going to get a whole lot faster. The fact Magnussen topped Jerez last year in what turned out to be the fifth fastest across the season highlights how little attention should be paid to the first test of he season.

MotoGP » Donington 'breaks off' British MotoGP deal!

A thorough review of the CoW plans should have been undertaken before Dorna awarded them the race. It's looking less and less likely that the circuit will actually be built let alone raced on. The loss of Donington is a real shame although you can''t fault them for stepping back. Silverstone may have cost an arm and a leg but they wanted to host the race in the short and long term.
