F1 » McLaren unveils one-off livery for Australian GP

Looks nice enough but a splash of colour would have been nice. In regards to the discussion on Ferrari I do recall Ferrari had agreed to paint a car blue (or was it tartan...?) for Jackie Stewart but their deal fell through. There was a Belgian chap in the 60's who raced works Ferrari's in the yellow/orange of Belgium's national racing colour. I think his name was Gendbien or something along those lines. Vanwall raced with a green Ferrari in the 50's, the Thinwall Special, but I don't think it raced in the world championship. As with the blue/white NART Ferrari's from the 60's there have been a few exceptions to the Ferrari rule :)

MotoGP » Jerez II Moto3 test times - Wednesday

@Kma55 I didn't want to jinx Miller by saying he is favourite for the title but if I were a betting man I would definitely put my money on him. He was one of if not the only Honda rider consistently fighting up front last season so he should prove to be a formidable opponent on top line machinery. Expecting Fenati and Kent to be contenders too and Hanika is showing great promise. Ottl had an inconsistent season last year, showed some pace but ultimately disappointed. I fully expect him to have a breakthrough season in 2014 though. Not quite sure what to expect from the Estrella Galicia boys after their strange switch to Honda, maybe they know something we don't!?! I'm looking forward the Moto2&3 more than the premier class this season I think! @DamZen Jack Miller is an Aussie (ignore, moment of brain fade :D )

F1 » Ericsson ‘excited but unprepared’ for F1 debut

Caterham have managed to net two decent drivers for this year so yeah it is a shame at the level of performance they showed in testing. At this rate they will be further behind the pack than when they started in 2010 but it's silly for people to blame the drivers on that. Alonso, Vettel, Hulkenberg and Hamilton would all be several seconds off the pace in that car.
